Of Advanced age. Wife Sarah Langley having separated from me and left my body and board, and she having received and now has all the property or its equivalent
that she had at the time of our marriage, it is my will that she receive nothing from my estate. My widowed daughter Elizabeth Rup is living with me and taking kind
care of me, therefore I will and bequeath to her the whole of my estate whether real or personal or mixed. Executor: William Wiggins.
