Beloved wife Isabella Stewart. Land in Crawford County adjoining Peter Corbin, 250 acres. Ten negroes: Mariah and her eight children: Peter, Nelly, Susan, Charles, Nathan, ---, Levinia, London and Sally.
Six beloved children: William Washington Stewart, Thos J Stewart, M E Stewart, B F Stewart, J L Stewart, R A J Stewart. Farm in Marion. Wife to stay at farm in Marion with sister Harriet Corbin and Ela Harriet Gray.
Executor: Beloved and trusty brother James Stewart, beloved and worthy cousin Thos H Stewart, beloved and worthy cousin W D Stewart, beloved and worthy cousin William R Stewart. My sister Mary Bivens shall take my daughter Mary E Stewart. Witnesses: James Crittenden, S J Kilcrease, Thos H Stewart. Written 26 Nov 1850. Proven Jan term 1851.
