Son in law John Moning for the use of his wife Lucinda Moning for benefit of herself and children. Negro man Andre aged 34 years and his wife Ann about 30 years
old and the youngest child she may have at my death. Negro man Burrell, now in Monings possession about 23 years old. Son John G Smith in trust for
my daughter Sarah Jane Evans for the benefit of herself and children. Negro woman named Harriett about 22 years old and her two children Matilda about 3 years
old and Solomon about 1-1/2 years old. Negro boy named Henry. Son in law Jackson Coleman in trust for my daughter Mary Ann Coleman for the use of herself
and her children. Negro woman named Aly about 22 years old and her increase which she is now in possession of. Negro man Peter about 30 years old and
his wife Mahala, about 19 years old. Little grandaughter Aesah Ellen Smith. Negro girl named Sophy about 10 years old and a negro boy named Carter about
11 years old, boy named Andrew about 6 years old. Son Samuel W Smith to be Aesah Ellen's trustee. Son Andrew J Smith in trust for the use of my orphan
grandchildren, Thomas P, Andrew J and Sarah S Cowart. Negro woman Fanny about 16 years old, negro boy about 14 years old. Son Andrew J Smith. Son
William C. Five sons: John T, William C, Samuel W, Asahell R and Andrew J.
