Lot of land #192 in 3rd Dist of originally Muscogee, now Marion, 202-1/2 acres.  Also Lot #161, 3rd District.  100 acres, lot 246, 2nd Dist was Muscogee County now Marion County.  Also 20 acres of lot owned by Arza Arthur.

Tom a man; Rachael a woman, Clarissa a woman, Ann a woman, Walter a boy, Lucinda a girl, Moses a boy, Columbus a boy with all the increase.

Four oldest children: Nancy Bateman, William Green Bateman, Martha Ann Bateman, Middleton McDonald Bateman.  Wife Jemima Bateman.  Two youngest children: James and Charity Bateman.

Executors: Wife Jemima and my worthy friend and brother Middleton McDonald.  Written 5 Sept 1848.  Witnesses Seaborn Hixon, William H Binion, James Grover, Arza Murray.  Proven Jan Term 1849.  Transcribed into minutes 6 June 1850.
