May Term 1847. Application of Nancy N and William H Pitts, executor and executrix of Thomas N Pitts, late of Pike Co, deceased, that they have a full exemplification from Pike Co, showing they both removed to Marion County and that they made a full and fair return of the exemplification of the whole proceeding of both, evidence in Pike is hereby transferred to Marion Co and executors will make returns in Marion Co henceforth. Solomon Wall, Jordan Wilcher, Samuel R Nutt, JIC.
