Beloved wife Nancy Powell.  Plantation where I live and the plantation called Armourplace.  Also land on west side of public road between my house and a spring known as School House Spring, 425 acres. 

Negroes: Caboon, Lewis, Tom, Frank, Allen, Harris, Dock, Unity, Charlotte, Sophia, Malinda, Lucinda with her 2 children.

Sister in law Sally Edwards. My Children.  Executors to purchase lot of land belonging to estate of John Simmons deceased of Marion County.  Son Josiah C Powell.  M L Bivens in special trust of my two grandchildren Mary Ann and Martha Bivins.  Son James F Powell.  Son Samuel J Powell.  Son Josiah C Powell.  Sonin law Augustus H Finley for grandchildren: William P Finley, Mary A Finley, benjamin F Finley, Frances M Finley, Henry H Finley, Josiah C Finley, John M Finley, Augustus C Finley.  Son in law Martin Luther Biven for grandchildren Mary Ann and Martha Biven.  Son in law Thomas A Wall.  Daughter Emeline Frasier and to grandson William P Frasier.
