Whereas, M.T. Alexander, Administrator on the Estate of A. A. Hightower, deceased, applies to me for Letters of Dismission from said Estate: Therefore all persons concerned are hereby required to show cause (if any they have) why said Letters should not be granted o the fourth Monday of June next.

By virtue of an order from the honorable Court of Ordinary of Early county, will be sold, on the first Tuesday in March next, before the Court House door in Blakely, within the lawful hours of sale, Eleven Negroes viz: Primas, a man; Henry, a man; Aaron, a man; Marilda, a woman, and her two children; Matilda, a woman, and one child; Versy, a woman, and one child, and Aubor, an old woman.
Also, one Gold Watch, on Buggy, Harness and Umbrella, one double barreled Shot Gun, &c.
Sold as the property of Judson A. Wade, late of Early county, deceased, for the benefit of the heirs and creditors.
Terms of sale made known on the day.

Whereas, Wm. W. Fleming, Administrator on Estate of C.H. Perry, deceased, has made application to this Court for Letters of Dismission from said Estate: These are, therefore, to cite all persons interested to be and appear at my office on or before the first Monday in August next, and show cause (if nay they have) why letters of dismission should not be granted the applicant in terms of the law.
