in Donalsonville which is a great place to meet.

Avirett Family Reunion

I am honored to be the president of the Avirett family that meets in Early Co Georgia each year and this year we would like to get to know all the other Aviretts either by birth or by marriage.
We spend labor day weekend each year finding out the treasures of our ancestry. Our family name has been blessed with characters that have shaped America and yet we have only scratched the surface of our history. please respond and either plan to be with us or somehow get your historical data on paper and to the my hands so we can begin to seriously bring all of our answers to a head.

2006 Davis Family Reunion

Hello Cousins,

It is hard to believe that another year has past since we last met. Soon it will be time for our 2006 Davis Family Reunion. Mark your calendars for the 10^th day of June at 11 AM in the American Legion Post in Colquitt. The seating should be more comfortable and we will have use of the kitchen. As usual, please bring a covered dish to share for lunch.

In past years, several family members brought old photos to share and we would like to do it again this year. If you bring a treasured picture, please put your name on the back and the names of the individuals in the photograph on the front if possible.

The dinning room at Sugar Hill Antiques and Restaurant has been reserved this year for Friday the 9^th at 5:30 for those who want to get an early start visiting along with a delicious Dutch treat dinner. Sugar Hill is just north of Colquitt on US 27. They serve very good BBQ and other local favorites.
