WATERS - RICHARDSON - NeSMITH  Cemetery

Directions:

 

From the flashing light at the intersection of GA Hwy. 67 and the Brooklet-Denmark Rd. in the Denmark community, go North on the Brooklet-Denmark Rd. approx. 3 miles.  Cross bridge.  Immediately on left is a cultivated field with a field access road.  This cemetery is located on the NE corner of the field near the highway.  There is another access way from the highway into the field a few hundred feet up the highway which is much closer to the cemetery.

   

The cemetery is surrounded by a chain link fence and the entire cemetery area is concreted.   A sign is attached to the fence gate which reads:  1848 to 1936  Waters-Richardson-NeSmith.  I found 21 graves (5 unmarked) in basically 3 rows, described below as First Row, Middle Row, and Back Row.
