Last Will and Testament of William Cone

To all people to whom there presents shall come I William Cone do send greeting
Know ye that I the said William Cone of the State of Georgia and county of Bulloch
plantation for and in consideration of the good will and affection which I have
and do bear toward my beloved son Aaron Cone one tract of land containing one
thousand acres in the county afore said joining lands of David Kennedy.
One mostly on one half of a tract of land containing three hundred and fifty
acres in the county of Glynn granted to William Cone and John
Hagin also seven negroes ____ Louis,
Aggy, Antony, Susannah
and her three children Mary, Henry, & Louis also one sorrel horse saddle
and bridle also a grey mere also two feather beds and furniture also one bedstead
also _____ hold and kitchen furniture also the crop and plantation working tools
also one chart and one rifle gun together with the money in hand and that due
said William Cone together with the real estate to said Aaron Cone as above
mentioned and to his heirs executors or administration from hence forth to have
and to hold as their proper goods and chattels absolutely without any manner
of condition In witness where of I have here unto set my hand and seal the twenty
fourth day of June one thousand eight hundred and sixteen.
