Will and Testament of Peter Cone

I Peter C. Richardson Sr. of said State and county, being of sound and disposing
mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking and
annulling all others by me heretofore made.
1. I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and christian like
manner, suitable to my conditions and circumstances in life.
2. I desire and direct that my just debts be paid without unnecessary delay
by my executor herinafter named and appointed.
3. I give bequeath and divide to my wife Maggie E. Richardson and my minor son
Morgan Floyed Richardson, all of my household and kitchen furniture.
4. I give and bequeath to my wife Maggie E. Richardson to be in lieu of dower
and a years support and to be paid first in the distribution of my estate the
sum of one thousand dollars.
5. I give and bequeath to my son Morgan Floyed Richardson to be in lieu of a
years support and to be paid first after the thousand dollars is paid to my
wife as set out in item fourth of this will The sum of one thousand dollars.
6. I have here to fore advanced to my son Peter C. Richardson, Jr. $300.00 dollars
and to my son Thomas F. Richardson $300.00 dollars and to my son George W. Richardson
$300.00 dollars and to my son Rufus M. Richardson $200.00 dollars and it is
my desire that they shall not receive anything more until all my other bills
are made equal with them.
7. It is my intention that my wife Maggie E. and my son Morgan Floyed Richardson
shall receive each of them one thousand dollars, and the household goods, move
than any the rest of my heirs after which my wife and son shall share equally
with all the rest of my heirs and that all the real estate and personal property
around me at the time of my death shall be sold and equally divided share and
share a like, after paying the legales herein before given in items four and
five of this will. When this is done then all the heirs including my wife and
minor son Morgan Floyed shall be made equal with the other heirs as set out
in item sixth of this will. After which they shall share alike in the distribution
of my estate. It being intended that children of divorced children shall inherit
the share or portion going to each of my divorced children.
8. I expressly declare and desire that the husbands of my divorced daughters
shall not receive anything from my estate as my said daughters left no child
or children.
10. I herby name and appoint H.B. Strange the executor of this my last will
and testament. This 12th day of July 1912.

Signed sealed and delivered and published by Peter C. Richardson Sr. as his
last will and testament in the presence of us the undersigned, who subscribe
our names hereto in the presence of said testator. After he had signed his name
thereto and at his special ___________ and request, and in the presence of each
other. This 12th day of July 1912.
