Mrs. Sara Jo Burford Allen

Mrs. Allen, 20, Died Friday In Atlanta,
Mrs. Sara Jo Burford Allen, 30, of Marietta, formerly of Jackson, died Friday evening at the Crawford W. Long Hospital in Atlanta following an illness of several months. She was a 1965 graduate of Jackson High School and a member of the Jackson United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Allen is survived by her husband, James W. Allen; two daughters, Wendy Allen and Allison Allen, all of Marietta; father, John Lee Burford, of Jackson.
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at three o'clock from the chapel of Haisten Funeral Home with the Rev. Phil DeMore officiating. Interment was in Cedar Rock Cemetery with Haisten Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
