        Mar. 6th, 1798.  r/Apr. 13th 1798.  JOSEPH RAY, owing the firm of Burch and Ouray, the sum of $5,502.08, mortgages the following:  10 acres across Little River in Wilkes County, whereon I now reside, adjacent GOLDWIRE's land; 750 acres on Little River, formerly property of JAMES GRIERSON and purchased at a sale of confiscated property.  My mills, the bridge over Little River, house and other improvements.  (The bridge was built by Col. JOHN GRAVES, of Wilkes County, and sold to RAY by NATHANIEL DURKES)

        Apr. 24th 1797.  r/Apr. 13th 1798.  JAMES GERMANY and wife Hannah, to JOHN FOSTER for $26, sell 200 acres originally granted to BARSHEBA PARKER, Sept. 23rd 1786 by Gov. Telfair.

        Mar. 11th 1795.  r/June 1st 1798.  WILLIAM SMITH, merchant of Wrightsborough, to EBENEZER MAY and EBENEZER HILLS, mortgage for 413 pounds, six shillings, three pence, 100 acres granted to DAVID FLEMING, by him to WILLIAM CANDLER, by him to ANDRE BURNET, by him to BENJAMIN FEW, by him to RHESA HOWARD, by him to said SMITH, on Upton Creek near Wrightsborough, on which land said Smith has built a merchant or grist mill and where  on he now lives.

       Mar. 29th 1798.  r/June 6th, 1798.  SAMUEL BUGG and wife Charlotte, with JACOB BUGG and wife Nancy, planters of Richmond County, to EDMOND BUGG for 100 pounds sterling, equal to $432.87 1/2 lawful money of Georgia, sell 200 acres now in possession of said Edward, being part of a 500-acre grant to WM. BURGAMY, Nov. 17, 1769, conveyed by Burgamy to EDWARD BUGG, Sr., Esquire, deceased, Sept. 15, 1770 and will by said Bugg, Sr., Jan. 17, 1782 (will recorded in Richmond Cty)

        Apr. 17, 1798.  r/June 6, 1798. EDWARD UPTON and wife Mary to JOSEPH WHITE for $200, tract of 57 1/2 acres on Big Kiokee Creek, part of a 250 acre tract to Eaton (now Mary Upton surveyed the 12th May 1773, granted by King George the Third)

        Aug. 10th 1795.  r/June 8th, 1798.  SOLOMON MARSHALL to HENRY KINDALL, whereas ISAIAH WRIGHT and HENRY KINDALL and CONCORD (Wright), HAMILTON, admrs. of goods and chattels of THOMAS HAMILTON, deceased, did, on the 3rd of April 1795 petition for right to  sell land in St. Andrew's Parish, adjoining JAMES LUCENA and JAMES HOUSTON, containing 200 acres, also 325 acres adjoining CLEMENTIOUS DAVIS, GEORGE RAY, et al, likewise lots in the village of St. Gall's.  Property sold at auction. HENRY KINDALL high bidder at 10 pounds.

    Apr. 27, 1797.  r/Nov. 16, 1797.  WM. RENN and wife Lidia, (he being the son of Presley Renn and Elizabeth Renn) of Edgefield County, S.C., sell to JOHN CATHELL for $50.00 a 150 acre tract originally granted to said PRESLEY RENN by Sir JAMES WRIGHT, Aug. 2nd 1774.  Lidia relinquishes dower.

        Nov. 4, 1797.  r/Nov. 16, 1797.  SARA REEVES to JOHN POLK (PAULK), of Warren County, for 15 pounds a 150 acres tract out of a 200 acre tract to said Sara, Oct. 14th 1788 on a big branch called Reeves Branch.

        Nov. 4, 1797.  r/Nov. 16, 1797.  JOHN TINDALL and wife Mary to JAMES CULBREATH for 35 pounds, a 180-acre tract on waters of Uchee Creek, granted to JOHN DEANE, May, 25, 1785, and sold by said Dean to me Aug. 3, 1787.  James' wife Elizabeth signs deed.

        Sept. 25, 1793.  r/Nov. 16, 1797.  DAVID TOBERSON, SR. and wife Ellender, to WILLIAM GUNBY, for $200, sell 200 acres on Germany Creek, granted said Roberson, Aug. 8th 1787.  Bounded by own lands at time of survey.

        Oct. 10th 1794.  r/Nov. 17th 1797.  Deed of Gift.  MARTIN MELLOWN to his children, sons: William, Morgan, James and Martin, 267 acres on Whiteoak Creek, all goods, cattle horses, sheep, swine and every other moveable effect.

        May 19, 1797.  r/Nov. 17, 1797.  Deed of Gift.  ANDERSON CRAWFORD to ZACHARIAH SINQUEFIELD of Edgefield County, S.C., 150 acres on land on Saluda River, adj. said SINQUEFIELD, originally granted to CATHERINE YOUNGBLOOD, and conveyed to said Crawford by Exrs. of estate of FRANCES SINQUEFIELD.  (Crawford married Rachel SINQUEFIELD).

        Apr. 22nd 1793.  r/Nov. 23rd 1797.  Deed of Gift.  ELIZABETH UPTON to children Mary, Nathaniel, William, Sarah, Elizabeth and John:  "All my property such as household furniture, sheep, cattle, etc., after giving Elizabeth and John eight pounds each first, also a Negro woman named Sithy".

        Dec. 2nd 1793.  r/Dec. 17th 1797.  JEREMIAH LAMKIN to JOHN LAMKIN, for 150 pounds sterling, 287 1/2 acres adj. EDMOND CARTLEDGE, GEORGE GALPHIN and SHEFTALL land.  Granted to Cartledge on an old bounty warrant.  Aug. 27, 1797.

        Mar. 12th 1794.  r/Dec. 17th 1797.  CHARLES FURGERSON to JOHN SOUTHERLAND, for 50 pounds, a 90-acre grant on Whiteoak Creek, part of a 400 acre tract granted to WILLIAM HANDLEY in 1774.

        Mar. 24th 1796.  r/Feb. 13th 1798.  GEORGE HOWELL of Philadelphia, attorney for WALTER STEWART and his wife Deborah to ROBERT LYLE of the City and State of New York:  GEORGE HOWELL states he holds power of attorney as follows:  June 5, 1795 - Whereas WALTER STEWART became possessed of divers tracts, parcels and pieces of land in Richmond, Columbia, Liberty, McIntosh and Montgomery counties amounting to 186,688 acres; said Stewart now being desirous to open a market for sale of said lands in Europe."  (runs for three pages), said GEORGE HOWELL, attorney for 1000 pounds, sells to said ROBERT LYLES, all that tract or piece of land being on Boggy Gut Creek, Headstall and Fort Creeks, bounded by POOLE,  BURKE, DANELLY, Major RICHARD CALL, MCNEIL, GILBERT MCNAIR, WHITE and ROBERSON Iron Works land, WHITTINGTON, OFFUTT, FITZ M. HUNT, WM. LEONARD, WILLIAM PACE, PERRY GRAVES, Saml. LANGSTON, SAMUEL COBB, WILLIAM WATSON, EDMOND PRATHER and the Richmond County line (lists for pages of metes and bounds)...some 14,000 acres in all,  in 14 separate grants under the hand of Gov. Matthews, March 20th 1795; registered in Book MMMM, pages 927 to 940.  Granted in fee simple to JAMES DANELLY by him sold to ROBERT FLOURNEY, by him to said WALTER STEWART.

        Aug 8, 1797.  r/Feb. 14th 1797.  Bill of Sale.  THOMAS HAYNES to GEORGE FEE, a Negro wench named Hannah at this time run away, for $300.00

        Aug. 11, 1797.  r/Feb. 14th 1797.  FEE sells above slave to JOHN TINDALL for 300 dollars.

        Oct. 26, 1796.  r/Mar. 12, 1798.  Marriage Agreement.  - Between NATHANIAL TWINING, Esquire of Burke County, and MARGARET STUBBLEFIELD, widow of Col. PETER STUBBLEFIELD, appoints EVANS LONG, Trustee. (Evans probably her brother).  A marriage being intended.  Twining relinquishes all control over Margaret's property and puts it in trust with said LONG.  (seven pages of whys and whereases).  Schedule:  600 a. on Uchee Creek, left in will of deceased PETER STUBBLEFIELD, whereon widow now lives.  12 Negroes, Jacob, Harvy, Henry, Nilly, Lewis, Miranda, Lett, Betty, Milly, Minda, Karia and a girl Milly.  Five horses, 40 head of cattle, 60 hogs, 15 head of sheep, riding chair and harness.  A wagon and gear; plantation tools, household and kitchen furniture.  Four bonds dated Nov. 15, 1792, given by NATHANIEL DURKEE for 112 pounds, 15 shillings, seven pence sterling, secured with a mortgage at five percent on a tract of land near Washington Georgia. (NATHANIEL TWINING and PEGGY STUBBLEFIELD were married in Columbia County, Oct. 4, 1796)

        Dec. 26th 1796.  r/Mar. 13th 1798.  JOHN TINDALL and wife Mary, to GEORGE FEE, 200 acres granted to WILLIAM TINDALL, Feb. 22nd 1786, conveyed to said John by WM. LIKEWISE, 600 acres, part of a 700 acre tract granted to JOHN TINDALL, May 28th 1788 for $500.00

        Dec. 1st 1795.  r/Mar. 13th 1798.  DANIEL MARSHALL, Collector of Taxes for 1794, sells at auction 100 acres on Uchee Creek.  JOHN MARSHALL, SR., high bidder at $7.50(name of previous owner not shown)  JOSEPH HANCOCK to JOHN TINDALL for 50 pounds, a 100 acres tract, originally a bounty grant to JAMES COBBS, deceased, 1785.

        Oct. 3, 1797.  r/Mar. 14, 1798.  WM. TINDALL, JR., to WILLIAM TINDALL, SR., for $150, 100 acres of a 200 acres grant go GARRETT JOURDAN, June 27th 1786, adj. lands of WILLIAM TINDALL, SR.

        June 10th, 1795.  r/Mar. 16th 1798.  GEORGE FOULS, SR., of Richmond County to JOHN MARTIN STROZIER for $90, 71 acres granted to BIRD BOOKER TINDALL, Mar. 6th 1787.

        Mar. 17th 1796.  r/Mar. 16th 1798.  PLEASANT BRYANT of Jackson County, to JOHN TINDALL, for $50, 300 acres on Uchee Creek, granted to WILLIAM BRYANT.

        June 30th 1797.  r/Mar. 16th 1798.  Bill of Sale.  BENJAMIN FINNEY to JOHN TINDALL a negro man slave named Dave for $320.000.

        Jan. 29th 1798.  r/Mar. 16th 1798.  Bill of Sale.  RHESA HOWARD to WILLIAM TINDALL, SR., a negro man, Jeffrey for 60 pounds.

        June 26th 1789.  r/Mar. 16th 1798.  ABSOLOM JACKSON to WILLIAM TINDALL, SR., a negro women Moll, and her child Henry for 70 pounds sterling.

        Aug. 6th 1796.  r/Mar. 16, 1798.  JOHN MOORE to WILLIAM TINDALL, SR., two negro boys, George and Tony for $400.00.

        Dec. 16th 1797.  r/Mar. 19th 1798.  ALEXANDER MOORE to JAMES MOORE, for $500, 169 acres, part of a tract granted to MORDECAI MOORE, deceased, Jan. 2 1791.

        Feb. 27th 1794.  r/Mar. 19th 1798.  AGNES PERRITT, widow of JOHN PERRITT, dec. WILLIAM PERRITT, NATHANIEL PERRITT and WM. HERNDON, heirs (for divers good reasons) convey to JEHU MOORE, 300 acres in Wrightsborough Township, in a fork of Upton Crk., commonly called "Stubbs Creek", part of which land James Moore's mill is built on, bounded by OLIVER MATTHEWS, ECHOLS, et al.

        Dec. 16th 1796.  r/Mar. 19th 1798.  JAMES MOORE to ALEXANDER MOORE, for $500, sells 100 acres, part of a 685 acre tract granted to said James Moore by the Gov. of Georgia, Aug. 1792.

        Apr. 13th 1790.  r/Mar. 19th 1798.  MORDECAI MOORE to ALEXANDER MOORE for 100 pounds, a 200 acres tract on Upton Creek, adj. WILLIAM YORK, JAMES MOORE and ANDERSON CRAWFORD.

        Dec. 1, 1797.  r/Mar. 19, 1798.  JOHN MOORE TO ALEXANDER MOORE, relinquishes all claims to 300 acres laid ou9t to JOHN PERRITT in Wrightsborough Township, in a fork of Upton Creek, commonly called "Stubbs Cr".

        July 9 1796.  r/Mar. 19, 1798.  RICHARD CLAIBORNE NAPIER of Wilkes County, to JAMES MOORE, for $30, 72 acres on waters of Upton Creek, bounded by PORTER and MOORE.

        April 10th 1793.  r/Mar. 20th 1809.  WILLIAM SMITH to ABAITHAR DAVIS for 10 pounds, 300 acre on Maddock's Creek, sold to said Smith April 18th 1792, bounded by FITZ M. HUNT, said DAVIS, WILLIAM TODD and vacant land. 

        Aug. 12th 1789.  Mar. 20th 1798.  BIRD BOOKER TINDALL to WILLIAM BRYANT, for 20 pounds, 200 acres granted to said Tindall by Governor Matthews, Sept. 20th 1787.  Witnessed by JOHN and JONOTHAN TINDALL.

        Sept. 27th 1797.  r/Mar. 20, 1798.  DAVID HUBBARD of Warren County, to JAMES CALDWELL, for 35 pounds, a 63-acre tract on Uchee Creek, adj. TELFAIR's land, Delphia, his wife, signs relinquishment of dower and both of them sign their name as "HUBERT".  (The HUBERTS are an old and prominent family in Warren County)

        Mar. 30th 1782.  r/Mar. 20th 1798.  JAMES ORRICK, planter, to ANNE CONCORD KIRKHAM, daughter of HENRY KIRKHAM, decd. for 40 pounds, paid by said Henry in his lifetime, gives deed for 100 acres, granted to ORRICK by Sir JAMES WRIGHT, July 5, 1774. 

        April 1st, 1794.  r/Mar. 20th 1798.  JEREMIAH LAMKIN to WILLIAM THOMAS for 500 pounds, 450 acres adj. said LAMKIN,   LAMBECKER and Big Kiokee Creek.  Part of a tract granted to GEORGE LAMBECKER in 1769 part of a tract granted to LEVI SHEFTALL in 1769.  And a part of a tract granted to EDMOND CARTLEDGE in 1784.

        Oct. 14th 1797.  r/Mar. 20th 1798.  HENRY SPAULDING to WILLIAM WILLINGHAM, for $214.25 sells 75 acres, being part of a 200 acre tract surveyed for JOHN WILLINGHAM in 1784, bounded by JOHN EUBANKS, ELI GARNETT and said Willingham land.

        Sept. 20th 1795.  r/Mar. 20, 1798.  GIDEON BOOKER to WILLIAM BOOKER (brother) for 400 pounds, 400 acres on Little Kiokee Creek, known as the Bowling Green, bounded by lands of Thomas ____, PIERRE, deceased, ALEXA VAUGHN and JOHN YOUNGBLOOD.  Said tract conveyed by LEROY HAMMOND, Esquire, deceased, and his wife Mary Ann, to said GIDEON BOOKER, Dec. 23, 1785.  (Mr. Hammond was a "promoter" who claimed to have interested the Quakers in coming to Georgia.  He received a large tract for his services.  When he owned this property, it was called the "Devil's Bowling Green". 

        Feb. 23rd 1798.  r/Mar. 21, 1798.  Bill of Sale.  RICHARD and ROBERT RANDOLPH to Collin, Read and Co. of Augusta, merchants, one negro girl, Hester, 20 yrs old, dark complexion for $300.00.

        Dec. 23rd 1797.  r/Mar. 21st, 1798.  JAMES MOORE to WILLIAM YORK for 100 lbs. sells 50 acres adj. said York's land being part of a 695 acre grant to said JAMES by Gov. of Ga. 1792. 

        May 16th 1793.  r/July 19th 1797.  THOMAS SULLIVAN and ADAM MANNON, sell to JAMES ESPEY for 50 pounds, a 100 acre tract on branch of Little River, bounded by BOOTH's and SIM's land.  Part of a tract of 200 acres granted to JOHN COBBS, April 26, 1787 by Gov. Matthews, by him to HENRY EVANS by Evans to SULLIVAN and MANNON.  MARGARET SULLIVAN and MARY MANNON relinquish dowers.

        June 1, 1797.  r/July 20, 1797.  WM. JACKSON and Betsy, his wife, to WILLIAM JACKSON, Jr., JOHN AVARY and JAMES MCNEIL for $15, One-and one-half acres at the mouth of Little Kiokee Creek on Savannah river, across from Germany's Island.

        Jan. 26th 1797.  r/July 20th 1797.  THOMAS SMITH, Jr., Esquire of Augusta to POLYDORE NAYLOR, trustee for HENRIETTA NAYLOR, wife of GEORGE NAYLOR of Columbia County, for 300 pounds, on a tract containing 300 acres, conveyed by WILLIAM WRIGHT on October 6,1787 to Rev. Daniel STURGIS and by him, on Sept. 30 1790, to THOMAS SMYTH. 

        May 8, 1792.  r/July 20, 1797.  THOS. AYES and wife Sarah, WILLIAM WRIGHT and wife Mary of Green County.  FRANCIS DANELLY and wife Elizabeth of Wilkes County, JAMES DANELLY and wife Bridget, WILLIAM AYRES and wife Frances and JOHN AYRES and wife Mary, all of Columbia Cty. sell to JOHN LAZENBURY (LAZENBY) for 200 pounds sterling, 250 acres out of a 500 acre tract on Great Kiokee Creek, bounded by CLAIRBORNE, CASTLEBERRY and MCDOWELL. 

        July 20, 1799.  WILLIAM ANNOR SMITH hath put her two children, Adam and Catherine, as apprentices to PETER WATSON, a farmer, to be bred up by him, the boy in the business of farming and the girl in the business commonly followed by females in the house.  Adam to serve until he is 18.  Catherine until she is 16.  They are not to contract matrimony in that time.  The usual restrictions laid down as to behavior.  To be provided with clothing, food, lodging and six months schooling.  Signed William (her mark) Anner Smith. 

        July 15th 1797.  r/July 21st 1797.  WILLIAM DOZIER to WILLIAM BREAD of Warren County, for 20 pounds, a 200 acre tract belonging to WILLIAM EDWARDS.  Dozier had purchased it at a tax sale located on Little River. 

        July 21, 1797.  Whereas, CHAS. CRAWFORD, Extr., of Will of THOMAS BARRETT (Aug. 13th 1796 date of petition to sell land on Uchee Creek), sells 81 acres to JOSIAS BOSWELL for $26.00.  Barrett's will was probated in Richmond County in 1786.

        June 19th 1797.  r/July 21st, 1797.  JOHN PEAK to JOHN MARCUS of Washington County, for five shillings, 200 acres on Keg Creek, adj. FEW and lands vacant at time of survey.  Granted to Peak, Jan. 7th 1797, but surveyed for him in 1784.

        Oct. 27th 1795.  r/July 24th 1797.  ACUILLA HOWARD to MARTHA HOWARD (his mother) for 175 pounds sterling, a 350 acres tract on Upton Creek, bounded on all sides by vacant land at time of survey, Originally granted to ISAAC JACKSON, July 7th 1790, by him to ACUILLA HOWARD June 15th 1793.

        July 28th 1797.  r/same date.  Deed of Gift.  PATRICK BRYSON to wife Hannah and seven children, viz: Mary, Andrew, Nancy, James, Jane, Abraham, and Jacob:  one black mare and colt, 12 head of cattle, 26 head of hogs.  Five feather beds and trimmings, all household and kitchen furniture.  All grain of all kinds, all bacon, together with the present crop. 

        July 21, 1791.  r/Aug. 9, 1797.  OWEN FLUKER and wife Sarah, of Wilkes County, to JOHN SCHOFIELD, for 50 pounds, a 100 acre tract of Germany Creek, adj. to WM. LINN.

        Feb. 15th 1796.  r/Aug. 9, 1797.  JAS., JOHN, DANIEL and JACOB WEST and ELEANOR NELSON, to JOHN ROGERS of Wilkes County for $700, sell 350 acres on Little River (metes given).  Nancy WEST, wife of James, relinquishes dower.

        Aug. 29th 1796.  r/Aug. 9th 1797.  RICHARD BULLOCH to BURRELL BULLOCH, for $100, sells 200 acres on either side of Uchee Creek, granted to said Richard, June 2nd 1791. 

        Aug 4th 1796.  r/Aug. 10th 1797.  THOMAS JONES, to the heirs of BENJAMIN HARRISON for 100 pounds, sells 100 acres lying between Fort and Briar Creeks, granted to said Jones by Gov. Handley, Oct. 14th 1788.

        Mar. 8, 1791.  r/Aug. 10, 1797.  JAS. HABERSHAM and Hester, his wife of Chatham County, to DANIEL WILLIAMS, Exr of estate of JAMES VERNON, son and heir of ISAAC VERNON, deceased:  For five shillings released to said Williams all the southern moiety of the Mill tract in the vicinity of Wrightsborough, granted to JOS. MADDOCK and ISAAC VERNON purchased by HABERSHAM at Marshal's sale in Savannah.  (Maddock went bankrupt) for the use and behoof of the heirs of ISAAC VERNON, dec. Hester relinquishes dower. 

        Sept. 7th 1789.  r/Sept. 12, 1797.  Where a fi-fa was issued against EZEKIEL HUDNELL (for a debt of 150 pounds owed to THOMAS NAPIER), PETER CRAWFORD, Exr., sells at auction at Richmond Cty. Courthouse, 200 acres, granted originally to JESSE JONES by him to THOMAS PORTER by him to E. HUDNELL, JR., on Upton Creek.  THOMAS NAPIER bidding for THOMAS PORTER, purchases land for 35 pounds. 

        Jan 1, 1794.  r/Sept 17th 1797.  WILLIAM WALTON and Sarah, his wife, to NICHOLAS MERIWETHER for 20 pounds. (There was some doubt about ownership of this land.  The agreement was that Peter had the right to Dispossess Abel, if Thomas ever contested the sale of Sweetwater tract).

        Dec. 5th 1793.  r/Sept. 16th 1797.  JOSEPH MADDOCK to BENJAMIN HARRISON, for 30 pounds, a 100 acres tract on Sweetwater Creek, bounded east by other lands of said Maddock.  Originally surveyed for Maddock in 1790.

        Sept. 7th 1796.  r/Sept 20, 1797.  JACOB BULL, SR., to WILLIAM SMITH, of Wrightsborough, for $1200, sells 551 a. on Maddock Creek, part of a tract granted to Maddock and Vernon for a horsepen.  A moiety sold as property of Maddock, at Marshal's sale in Savannah. 

        Mar. 3rd, 1797.  r/Sept. 21st 1797.  AMOS VERNON, late of North Carolina, to ZACCHEUS PARHAM for $500, sells 176 a. bounded northeast by ABAITHER DAVIS, S.W. by STEPHEN HODGENS; southeast by ISAAC VERNON.  Part of 350 acres granted ISAAC VERNON, deceased, July 3, 1790.

        Jan. 5th 1789.  r/Sept. 22nd 1797.  THOMAS WILLINGHAM to JAMES WRIGHT for 60 pounds, a tract 120 acre, part of a 250 a. tract granted THOMAS CLAYTON by Gov. Elbert, Aug 17th 1785.

        Apr. 21st, 1797.  r/Sept 22, 1797.  JAMES RICHARDS, Esquire, Sheriff of Richmond County, sells to JAMES WARE for 71 pounds a 500 acre tract originally granted to ROBERT RAE, GEORGE WHITFIELD, JAMES RAE and THOMAS GRAHAM, Jan. 1, 1771, seized by Sheriff at suit of firm of Clay and Habersham, against the said land owners.  Brought by WILLIAM WALLACE, but relinquished by him to JAMES WARE.

        Sept. 10th 1790.  r/Sept. 22, 1797.  Rev DANIEL STURGIS to THOMAS SMITH, Jr., for 375 pounds, two tracts purchased from WILLIAM WRIGHT by said STURGIS, Oct 6th 1767.  (no acreage shown)

        Apr. 23rd 1796.  ABEDNEGO WRIGHT and wife Elizabeth to WILLIAM WILKINS, for 100 pounds, a 333 acre tract granted to said Wright, Nov. 11, 1785.

        Sept. 1st 1795.  r/Oct. 11th 1797.  JACOB BACON, Esquire, Tax Collector for Richmond County, seized 300 acres whereon Major GEORGE NAYLOR now resides, for taxes of year 1794.  Property auctioned off Sept. 1, 1795.  LEVIN WAILES high bidder for 120 pounds.

        Oct. 3rd, 1795.  r/Oct. 11th 1797.  LEVIN WAILES, to the Trustees for HENRIETTA NAYLOR (wife of Major Naylor) namely THEODORE BRIGHTWELL and POLYDORE NAYLOR, for $1.00, the above listed tract on Big Kiokee Creek.  Eleanor Wailes relinquishes dower.

        June 25th 1797.  r/Oct. 12th 1797.  EDWARD BRANCH and wife Martha, of Richmond County, to JAMES BOYD, for $23.00, sell 150 acres originally granted to BENJAMIN HOARE in 1758 or 1759 on Savannah River.

        Dec. 12th 1795.  r/Oct. 12th 1797.  JOHN MCDONALD to JOSEPH HANCOCK for five shillings, 100 acres on Uchee Creek, adj. RICHARD HILL and ROBERT CRAWFORD.  Originally granted to JAMES COBBS, now decd., and sold to said McDonald by Tax Collector
