        Nov. 27th 1789.  r/Mar. 12th 1799.  CORNELIUS DYSART, of Augusta, Practicing Physician, and wife Charity, sell to JAS. STEWART, planter, for 100 pounds, a 300 acre tract on Great Kiokee Creek, adj. Claiborne's Mill Seat, sold by Commissioners of Confiscated Lands to Dysart in 1783.  Originally the property of PETER WALSH before confiscation, said Walsh being a British sympathizer.

        Apr. 14, 1796.  r/June 3, 1798.  GEORGE LOFLIN and wife Rosamond, of Lincoln County, to JOHN LUKE and Thomas, his son, for 200 pounds, a 200 acre tract bounded by said Loflin, JAMES  PITTMAN and vacant lands.

        Oct. 15th 1797. r/June 8th 1798.  ANNE BROWN, widow of James, and JAMES BROWN (son of James Brown, deceased) and his wife Elizabeth of Burke County, sell to JOHN GARTRELL for 640 dollars, a tract of 355 acres on Cane Creek, adj. HAYDON PRIOR, widow STAPLER, lands of ROSSEAU, and others.  Granted to JOHN GREENE, JR.

       Aug. 13th 1797.  r/June 8, 1798.  WILLIAM TINDALL to ZACHARIAH SPIERS, for one dollar, 10 acres on north side of Uchee Creek.

        May 29th 1792. r/June 8, 1798.  CALEB MONCRIEF and wife Mary, to GEORGE LOFLIN, for 500 pounds, a 210 acre tract bounded by PITTMAN, EDWARD O'NEAL, WILLIAM EVANS and others.

        Aug. 4th 1797.  r/June 18th 1798.  SAMSON LAMKIN of Richmond County, to JOSHUA GRAVES for $183, a 150 acre tract on Greenbriar Creek, originally granted to JOHN MITCHELL and 50 acres in Bedford Village, Richmond County, adj. to JORDAN RICKETSON, originally granted to TIMOTHY RICKETSON.

       Mar. 13 1794.  r/July 7, 1798.  JOHN LAMAR and Lucy, his wife, to MATHIAS LIVERMAN for 25 pounds a 102 acre tract on Rae's Creek, formerly granted to THOMAS GLASCOCK, Oct. 135h 1785, by him to JNO. HALL and by him to said Lamar.

        Jan 26th 1798.  r/July 26th 1798. WILLIAM BINION, SR., and wife Susannah, to WILLIAM CARROLL for 50 pounds, a 100 acre tract on Cane Creek, part of tract granted WILLIAM GOODGEON.

        June 22, 1798.  r/July 26th 1798.  PETER CRAWFORD to OWN BALDWIN for $100, sells 125 acres on Upton Creek, bounded northwest by PERRITT and said BALDWIN.  Southwest by NIXON.  Originally granted to said Peter Crawford.

        October 7th 1795.  r/Feb. 8 1799.  JOSHUA AYRES to CALEB MONCRIEF, for 50 pounds, a 50 acre tract, adj. lands of MARK JONES on Greenbriar Creek.

        Apr. 23rd 1798.  r/Jan. 29th 1802.  "Whereas, ARCHIBALD BULLOCK, by his last will and testament, Feb. 11th 1775, did give to all his sons who may be living at time of his death, all lands and real estate to be divided equally, James, William and Archibald Bullock, living sons have amicably divided the land, each having arrived at the age of 21.  WILLIAM BULLOCK, 400 acres in Columbia County, bounded by WILLIAM, JOHN SHIELDS, NATHANIEL COATS; also 200 acres granted said Bullock, deceased.  James and Archibald signs release to Columbia lands.  (Will written in Chatham County, Feb. 11th 1775, probated March 1, 1786)

        May 4th 1803.  r/May 4, 1803...Received of HUGH BLAIR, five shillings, in full of accounts, bonds and debts from the beginning of the world to this day.  Signed:  JOHN HENDERSON,  Received of HUGH BLAIR, five shillings, etc./ James HAMILTON, Exr. estate of James Henderson, deceased.

       Dec. 8th 1797. r/July 17th 1798. JOHN QUINN and STEPHEN DUSENBERRY, for $100, sells 100 acres near Little River, bounded south by RICHARD JONES, West by JOSEPH BREED.  North by WILLIAM DOZIER, originally granted to said Quinn.

       1798 ca.  JOHN MILLEN, Esquire and wife Rosanna of Chatham County, to JOHN MOORE, for $470, 200 acres on Germany Creek, originally granted to JOHN DOBBIN, deceased in 1767, known as "Bubby's Old Field."  Rosanna relinquishes dower.

        Oct. 4th 1792.  r/July 18th 1798.  JAMES BROWN and Martha, his wife, of Stokes County, N.C., to DANIEL WILLIAMS for 50 pounds, sells 150 acres in south fork of Upton Creek, in the Wrightsboro District, bequeathed to said Brown in last will and testament of ISAAC VERNON, deceased.  (Vernon was a Quaker and died about 1789.  Will not recorded in Columbia or Richmond counties)  Land bounded north and east by said William's land.  South by JOEL SANDERS, and west by Mercer Brown's mill.

        April 7th 1798.  r/July 18th 1798.  JAMES JENKINS of Richmond County, to SEABORN JONES, attorney, of Richmond County, "Owing Jones 210, 200 ft of good sound merchantable lumber or board, with interest from 13th May last, payable in four annual installments, at WILLIAM TURNBULL's near Savannah or at the said Jones option, and being further indebted for the sum of $670, in three notes of hand, Jenkins petitions to sell 350 acres on the "Western Road" near Bedford, already given as security for above loan to Jones".  He also mortgages 100 acres additional.  THOMAS MOORE,  Esquire, in Little Kiokee Creek; Negro slaves, Will, Herod, Isaac, Valentine, Essa, Paty, Dinah, Faith, Chloe, Jinny, Daphne, Lucy and Letty.  Also a one horse wagon and team; three sorrel horses and one black horse.  One ox wagon and yoke of red colored oxen.  A stock of about 40 head of neat cattle, marked with a crop in the left ear and an under keel in the right.  All household and kitchen furniture.  Redeemable on demand upon payment.

        Feb. 12th 1776.  r/July 19th 1798.  JOB SMITH, JR and wife Elizabeth, Province of Georgia, Parish of St. Paul, in the 16th year of his Majesty's reign, to WILLIAM ELAM for 30 pounds, sells 150 acres on Great Kiokee Creek and the Haw Branch, bounded northeast by WILLIAM CANDLER.  West by THOMAS AYRES and all other sides vacant at time of survey.  Granted JOB SMITH, July 5, 1774.  Elizabeth relinquishes dower.

        Oct. 27th 1780.  r/July 19th 1798.  WILLIAM ELAM and wife Elizabeth, for 20 pounds, sell to WILLIAM WHERE, 100 acres on south side of Great Kiokee, bounded on south by Elam old tract.  North by JOHN BRYANT, all other sides vacant.  Granted to Elam by King George the 3rd July 5th, 1774.  Elizabeth relinquishes dower.

        Oct. 27th 1780.  r/July 20th 1798.  Same to same as above, for 60 pounds, the tract purchased from JOB SMITH, JR.

        Dec. 20th 1783.  r/July 20th 1798.  WILLIAM WHERE (WHEER, WHARE) and Franka, his wife, to THOMAS GRAVES of Savannah, for 150 pounds, the tract purchased from Elam, south side of Great Kiokee, Franka relinquishes dower.

        Dec. 29th 1783.  r/July 21, 1798.  WILLIAM WHERE and wife, Fanny, sell to THOMAS GRAVES for 100 pounds, the tract purchased from Elam, adj., Elam's old tract.

        Oct. 1, 1797.  r/July 21, 1798.  JAMES MARTIN and wife Anne, to PERRY GRAVES, for $20, sells 111 acres, part of a tract run in the name of BLAIR.  (no other description given)

        Jan. 25th 1794.  r/July 24th 1798.  Agreement between HEZEKIAH KINDRICK, JOHN KINDRICK and THOMAS AYRES of Greene County, NATHANIEL OFFUTT KINDRICK, DAVID YORK, THOMAS KINDRICK, SAMUEL KINDRICK and ANNE KINDRICK of Columbia County to WILLIAM MAGRUDER, for 100  pounds, a 150 acre tract on Kiokee Creek, part of a 250 acre grant conveyed from Thomas Ayres, Sr., to John Kindrick, Granted at Savannah, Feb. 5th 1771.

        Sept. 25th 1787.  r/July 25th 1798.  DAVID SMITH and wife Margaret, and JAMES SMITH and wife Diannah, of Wilkes County, sell to JONOTHAN MOATES for 50 pounds, 250 acres in the Wrightsborough Township on the waters of Upton Creek, originally granted to RICHARD SMITH, Jan 4th 1769, bounded north by WILLIAM HIXON,  South by JOHN MOORE  (all Quakers)   Margaret and Diannah relinquish dowers.

        Feb. 21st 1798.  r/July 26th 1798.  JOHN LAMKIN, Collector of Taxes, to ANDERSON SMITH (seized non-payment of taxes) 400 acres on Loyd Creek, called Cartledge's Old Mine tract, for $32.  (There was a vein of gold through this area and that probably was what was being mined)  If so, this was the first gold mined in this locality and antedates the Griffin mines by several years).

        Oct. 26th 1796.  r/July 30th 1796.  JOHN WATSON of Warren County, to JEREMIAH MOATES for $100, tract of 100 acres in Wrightsborough Township on Germany Creek, bounded south by lands formerly of George WATSON.  and west by land formerly owned by JACOB WATSON.  Granted to said John, Nov. 6th 1790, by Sir James Wright.

        May, 28th 1796.  July 30th 1798.  PATRICK BRYSON and wife Hannah to NICHOLAS MERIWETHER for 50 pounds, a 150 acre tract bounded by SHACKLEFORD, HOUSTON and said Meriwether. 

        Sept. 4th 1797.  r/July 30th 1798.  JAMES DOZER to JOHN DOZIER for $500, 100 acres on Little River, bounded by STARKE, KINDRICK and said Dozier.

        Dec. 25th 1797.  r/July 3rd 1798.  PETER WOOD and wife Mary, to JAMES CULBREATH for 100 silver dollars, 50 acres on waters of Uchee Creek, including Woods whole improvements, being part of a 500 acre tract granted to BIRD BOOKER TINDALL in 1787. 

        Jan 10th 1798.  r/July 31 1798.  WILLIAM STITH, Jr., Esquire, of Warren County to THOMAS WALKER, Gentleman of Dinwidddle County, Commonwealth of Virginia for $250, sells 200 acres on Boggy Gut Creek originally granted to HANNAH STALLINGS,  now wife of JOHN MARCUS.

        Nov. 29th 1796.  r/July 31st 1798.  JOHN LAMKIN, Tax Collector, sells property at auction for back taxes for year 1795, amounting to 16.57 1/2.  High bidder was WILLIAM F. BOOKER at $51, who acquired 14,000 acres of land belonging to WALKER STEWART of Philadelphia, returned in Columbia County, by ROBERT FLOURNOY, agreeable to the Tax Laws of the State.  Originally granted to JAMES DANELLY on Briar Creek.

        Aug. 24th 1791.  r/July 31st 1798.  WILLIAM BRYANT, SR and wife Martha, to JOHN MCDONALD for five shillings, 79 acres on north side of Uchee Creek, part of a 200 acre tract granted BIRD BOOKER TINDALL in 178 and sold to said Bryant.

        Oct 13th 1770.  r/Nov 19th 1793.  JOHN GERMANY and wife Elizabeth of St. Paul Parish, Province of Georgia, "in the 10th year of the reign of our Soverign Lord, George III by the Grace of God, King of Great Britain, Frances and Ireland, Defender of the Faith", etc., to CHARLES PACE for five shillings sterling money of Great Britain, 100 acres on the Savannah River granted to said Germany Feb 3 1767. 

        Nov. 26th 1798.  WILLIAM APPLING to HAYDON PRIOR for $100, sells "Lot in the Village of Applington, No. 58, bounded by the lot given to the Baptist Society, North of the courthouse land", originally granted to ISAAC WOOD.  

        Jan 7th 1798.  r/Nov. 25th 1798.  JAMES HAMILTON to MERRYMAN THORNE for $100, sells 50 acres on the south side of Bradley Branch, bounded south by NATHANIAL PEARRE.  East by said Hamilton.

        Nov 25th 1798.  r/Same date.  A supplement to an indenture made April 4, 1787 recorded in Richmond County, Feb 15th 1789.  JOHN BARNETT for five pounds, sells to MARY WALKER of Warren County, 117 acres part of a 150 acre tract surveyed for Barnett, Nov. 1, 1774.

        Oct. 17th 1795.  r/Apr 26th 1797.  SAMUEL HANSON and wife Peggy, to BLANFORD DAVIS of Richmond County, for 150 pounds, 500 acres on Uchee Creek, bounded by ECHART said Hanson and UNDERWOOD.

        May 15th 1797.  r/May 15th 1797.  Articles of Agreement between AMBROSE HOLLIDAY and REUBEN BROWNSON, with a memo of a bargain made between them: 100 acres granted KNOWLES PACE on Germany Creek, 1790.  Also 100 acres and 70 acres respectively in 1786, same location.  100 acres, AMBROSE HOLLIDAY, same place 1788 (grant consumer in accidental fire) 287 1/2 acres by grant, in all 885 1/2 acres.  For same Brownson is to deliver 9,900 pounds of cured inspected tobacco or notes on that amount at the tobacco warehouse in Augusta, also five sound, healthy county-born slaves, not less than 12 nor more than 20 years, three males and two females. 

        May 16, 1797.  r/same date.  Deed of Gift.  NANCY SANDERS, widow of Ephraim, to her children:  Billington McCarty SANDERS, Betsy HUBBARD SANDERS and Dennis DOWNMAN SANDERS, all personal property of deceased father.

        Oct 20 1795.  r/May 16 1797.  WILLIAM JOHNSTON and wife Mary, of Washington County, to WILLIAM KING, for 100 pounds, 150 acres on both sides of Uchee Creek, originally granted to COLEMAN BROWN, Aug. 2nd 1774 by Sir James Wright.

        Oct 20 1795.  r/May 17, 1797.  Same grantors and grantee as above.  30 acres adj. above tract, granted to WILLIAM JOHNSTON by Gov. Telfair, Aug 8, 1792.

        Sept 13th 1785.  r/May 17th 1797.  ABRAHAM RAVOT, HUGH LAWSON and HEPWORTH CARTER, Commissioners of Confiscated Land to JOHN GARRETT of Augusta, merchant, for 278 pounds, eight shillings, four pence, at auction 1285 acres of land in Wrightsborough Township; originally the property of Sir James Wright.  Bounded on west by Indian Path.

        Dec. 30 1795.  r/May 18 1797.  GEORGE SMITH to JOHN SMITH, for 40 pounds, 100 acres on Little Kiokee Creek, bounded by JAMES PICKET, JOHN MADDOX, ISAAC RAMSEY and land of George ROSEBOROUGH, deceased, granted to Smith in 1786.

            April 24th 1792.  r/no date.  KEZIAH MORGAN, widow of William, to JAMES McCORKLE for 10 pounds, Mrs. Morgan, late Keziah SILLS, daughter of JOHN SILLS, sells all her right, title and interest in a 200 acre grant to said Sills on head of Cane Creek, adj. WILLIAM SHIELDS, BENJAMIN  FEW and land of Ross.

        Aug 30th 1796.  r/May 17th 1787.  WILLIAM BARNETT, Adm. of William BARNETT, deceased, sells at auction, 250 acres on Uchee Creek, JOHN MADDOX high bidder at $550.

        May 18 1797.  r/May 18 1797.  ABIGAIL LOTHROP to her loving children, Benjamin, John and Joseph Darling, and grandson Timothy JONES, all my estate of every kind. (perhaps a will)

        Feb. 23rd 1797.  r/May 18th 1797.  WILLIAM BARNETT and wife Mary, of Elbert County, to JOSEPH FORD of Columbia County for five shillings, 67 acres of "land and rock" on Little Kiokee Creek, (part of what is known today as Heggie Rock) part of 130 acre grant to said Barnett, Oct 27 1787. 

        Feb. 7th 1797.  r/May 18 1797. THOMAS WATSON to BENJAMIN FINNEY for $400, a 245 acre tract on Uchee Creek, granted to PETER ZACHRY and said Watson (This is not the Quaker Thomas Watson.  This Thomas moved to Alabama)

        Dec 13, 1796.  r/May 19, 1797.  WILLIAM SMITH to AMOS EMBREE for $800 a 323 acre tract on Maddock's Creek originally granted to JOSEPH MADDOCK and purchased at Marshal's sale in Savannah by JOSEPH HABERSHAM, sold by him to JACOB BULL, SR. and by him to above named Smith, "Line begins at a point where the Old Augusta Road crosses the creek, bounded by Horse Pen tract, CAMM THOMAS, MERCER BROWN and Maddock's old place"

        Dec 17 1787.  r/May 19 1797.  JOHN HODGENS to WILLIAM and CAMM THOMAS, of Wrightsborough Township for 50 pounds, a 100 acre tract said Township it being part of a tract originally granted to JOSEPH MADDOCK, "if they cannot get a clear title to above, I will exchange the tract whereon I now live, situate above my corn field, on the small run of creek that crosses the rock at the ford agoing to THOMAS ANSLEY's place.  It shall include that cleared field and the spring that lays up said run".

        Feb 4th 1796.  r/May 20th 1797.  ROBERT BROWN and wife Temperance to WILLIAM DOZIER for 70 pounds sterling, 217 acres on Little River, adj. McDONALD, QUINN, BUTTRELL and said Dozier.

        Oct 25 1777.  r/May 22, 1797.  JOHN DEAS, planter, to WILLIAM SIMS, for 30 pounds, current money, sell 100 acres on both sides of a prong of Uchee Creek, adj. CHARLES CRAWFORD and said Sims, originally granted to MOSES DEAS, Mar. 28 1758, known by the name of Deas's Brickhouse tract.  (Moses DEAS is supposed to have built the first brick house in this area, hence the name) 

        March 28th 1795.  r/May 22nd 1797.  RANDALL RAMSEY and wife, Mary, to JESSE WINFREY, for 250 pounds, 2 adj. tracts:  200 acres granted to WILLIAM MADDOX by him to SOLOMON ELLIS by him to Seakin DORSEY, by him to said Ramsey.  92 acres granted to JOSHUA FULLER by him to SOLOMON ELLIS and by him to said Ramsey.

        July 1, 1794.  r/May 22 1797.  JOEL CRAWFORD and wife Anne, to JESSE WINFREY for 200 pounds, three tracts on Little Kiokee Creek:  two acres granted to STEPHEN DAY April 2nd 1772; 150 acres granted to STEPHEN DAY, Aug 2nd 1794.  34 acres surveyed for JOEL CRAWFORD.

        May 5 1797.  r/June 12 1707.  JONOTHAN WOOD to NOTLEY WHITCOMB for 150 pounds, 150 acres in Columbia County.

        Mar 22nd 1796.  r/June 13 1797.  JOHN ROBERTSON and wife Ruth to JOHN DUNCAN for 22 pounds, tract of 200 acres surveyed for JOHN HUTCHINSON by BASIL LAMAR, May 16 1789.  bounded by Marshall, CULBREATH and FEW.

        June 14 1797.  Bill of Sale.  WILLIAM SIMS for 100 pounds sells to  MANN SIMS, two negroes named Jack and Stepney.

        July 5, 1797.  r/ same date.  Power of Attorney.  ABRAHAM MARSHALL gives power of Attorney to HENRY CARLTON of Wilkes County "to act for me in Somerset County, Maryland instead of THOMAS SKINNER, to recover from said Skinner all monies and property due me".

        June 23rd 1797.  r/July 14, 1797.  RANDALL RAMSEY and wife Mary, to ISAAC RAMSEY for 200 pounds, a 200 acre tract on Little Kiokee Creek, whereon I now live, granted to ABRAHAM THORNTON, Sept. 6th 1774 and by him sold to us, Nov. 9, 1785.

        July 14, 1797.  r/same date.  Bill of Sale.  RANDALL RAMSEY to ISAAC RAMSEY, whole of personal property, for $1712.75.  10 Negroes: Swaney, Luke, Simon, Sarah, a wench and her three children, Tom, Lucy and Jim.  Negro wench Flora and two children Jane and Tiller.  Three head of horses, all stock of cattle, hogs and sheep; household and kitchen furniture, plantation tools and any other specie of personal property I now possess.

        April 22nd 1797.  r/July 18th 1797.  JAMES ALDREDGE and THOMAS BULLMAN for $200, a 50 acre tract, part of a 350 acre tract granted to said Aldredge, bounded by land sold by Aldredge to CHAMBLESS (Christopher and Thomas), DAWSON and others.

        March 5, 1797.  r/July 19th 1797.  Articles of Agreement.  "ROWLAND STONE and MARY STURGIS, in consequence of a marriage to be had between them, he gives her the right to control the property she now owns:  Negroes, Charlotte and child Simon, negro girl, Elinor, one sorrel mare, one cow and calf, two feather beds and furniture (Stone and Mary Sturgis married Feb 7, 1797)

        July 9th 1800.  r/July 29 1800..ANDERSON CRAWFORD, Esquire, and wife Rachel, to JAMES SCOTT for $80, a 100 acre tract on Upton Creek, adj. BENJAMIN REES.  MORDECAI MOORE and others, also SANDERS.

        Sept 1 1798.  r/July 29 1800. WILLIAM and Sally WALTON to HERBERT AVERY for $105, 70 acres, part of a 350 acre tract granted to WILLIAM JOHNSON in 1774.

        Nov 8 1796.  r/July 29 1800.  JOHN CARROLL to WILLIAM CARROLL for 40 pounds a 40 acre tract on Boggy Creek, adjacent to PRATOR (PRATHER)

        Feb 8 1800.  r/July 30 1800.  EDWARD PRAYTOR, bricklayer, to WILLIAM CARROLL for $70, sells 40 acre on Great Kiokee Creek, part of tract granted to Major RICHARD CALL, adj. DANIEL DANIELLY (he signs "Edward PRATHER)

        Apr 15 1800.  r/Aug 13 1800.  NINIAN OFFUTT MAGRUDER for $400, a 420 acre tract on Big Kiokee Creek at the mouth of Lick Branch, bounded by JOSHUA WAYNE, DANIEL DANIELLY and said Magruder.

        June 13th 1800.  r/Aug 13 1800.  DANIEL DANELLY to JOHN MAGRUDER for $40, a 200 acre tract on Kiokee Creek. 

        Nov 7th 1797.  r/Aug 15 1800.  ANDERSON CRAWFORD, Sheriff, to ANNE JONES for $500.  By virtue of a writ against BASIL JONES, deceased, at the suit of PETER VAN ALLEN, Jones' estate was put up at auction.  Anne Jones high bidder on 250 acres on Greeenbriar Creek, originally granted to PETER PARRIS. 

        Jan 30th 1800.  r/Oct 8th 1800.  ROBERT MCCORKLE and wife Sarah, to WILLIAM FITZGERALD for $450 a 150 acre tract on Little River, originally granted to WILLIAM MCFARLAND, May 4 1774, adj. MOSSMAN land on two sides (spelling varies on Fitzgerald) (Witness signed JAMES JARROLL)

          Nov 9 1800.  r/same date.  Power of Attorney.  SILAS MONK, appoints JOHN MONK, attorney, to recover from the Honorable Assembly of North Carolina, wages due for two terms of "duty" performed by me in the State of North Carolina, as will appear from a discharge given me by GUILFORD DUDLEY, dated "Lynch Creek", May 13, 1781 and another signed by THOMAS WOTTON dated Wake County, July 21 1781 and also a receipt signed by JOHN CARROLL, J.P, WILLIAM CARROLL, ALMON YAROROUGH and SAMUEL POOLE,  testifying as to reputation and length of residence in Columbia County.

        Nov 1800.  r/Nov 28 1800.  NATHAN JONES to NATHAN STUBBS for $570, a 200 acre tract on Upton Creek, part of two tracts granted to JOHN JONES, deceased, dated July 3 1770 and Mar 6 1770, left by JOHN JONES in his will (Jan 13 1781 to said Nathan Jones (Will, Richmond County)

        Nov 4 1800.  r/Nov 28th 1800.  STEPHEN DAY, SR., to ALEXANDER PUGH of Wilkes County for $1,082, a 200 acre tract on Upton Creek, granted to Day, July 3 1770 (Day married a daughter of JOHN JONES, named above.  Land adjoined)

        Feb 20th 1800.  r/Nov 29 1800.  CHARLES NELSON and wife, Lydia, to JOHN MOORE for $57 a 100 acre tract on Bubbly Branch of Germany Creek, granted said Charles, Dec 2nd 1799.

        May 27 1799.  r/Dec 1 1800.  JAMES HARRIS to JASON GARDNER for $1000, a 125 acre tract being part of a 350 acre tract granted on Great Kiokee Creek, dated 1769 bonded northwest by MAGRUDER,  Northeast by BOWDRE.  Southeast by REUBEN REYNOLDS, South by JAMES STEWART.

        Dec 4 1800.  r/Same date.  ANNE DORSETT, GEORGE NAYLOR and wife Henrietta (Dorsett) NAYLOR, WILLIAM APPLING and wife Martha (DORSETT) APPLING, sell all title and right to 100 acres purchased by JOHN DORSETT, SR., deceased from WILLIAM FORD to JOHN DORSETT, JR., for 10 shillings, inherited by above named heirs from estate of JOHN and Eleanor DORSETT, deceased.

        April 3 1800.  r/Dec 1 1800.  WILLIAM J. OFFUTT of Richmond County, to THOMAS CARR for $100, a tract of 900 acres bounded west by JOHN WATSON all other sides by WHITE and ROBERSON Iron Works, land granted to said Offutt, Jan 1 1800.

        Sept 30 ???  r/Dec 2, 1800.  ASA CRABB and wife JERUSHA to ABRAHAM FRANKLIN for 20 pounds a 100 acres tract now in possession of JOHN PITTMAN.

        May 17 1800.  r/Dec 2 1800.  JAMES SHIELDS and wife Nancy to ABRAHAM JONES for $120, a 98 1/2 acre tract on waters of Greenbriar Creek, originally granted to DIAL PEAVY, Sept 6 1774 and conveyed by JAMES RILEY and JAMES SHIELDS.

        Apr 13 1799.  r/Dec 2 1800.  JOHN MCDONALD, SR., and wife Elizabeth, to JAMES MCDONALD for five shillings, a 79 acre tract on north side of Uchee Creek, adj. to JOHN MCDONALD, BOOKER TINDALL and Major CALL. 

        Jan 1 1799.  r/Dec 3 1800.  ROBERT FLOURNEY of Jefferson County to JOHN AVERY for $370 a tract of 244 acres on waters of Loyd Creek, it being that part of my "Mountain Tract" lying to the right of the road from Augusta and Lamkin's to Jennings.  Bounded by LAMKIN, COURSON, LAMBECKER, PARKES and MERIWETHER.
