April 15 1802. r/Feb 8 1803. IGNATIUS FEW to JAMES RAY for $600, sells 150 acres on Cane Creek, being the lower end of a 200 acre tract grant to CRAFT DANIEL June 7 1774. Conveyed to WILLIAM SHIELDS in 1782 by him to said Few, Dec 28 1785.
JA Jan 22 1803. r/Feb 10th 1803. SUSANNAH COLEMAN, relict of late GEORGE ROSEBOROUGH, sells to JAMES RAY, for $500 a tract of 116 2/3 acres on the waters of Little Kiokee Creek, including the house and plantation whereon she now lives, granted to her late husband, GEORGE ROSEBOROUGH. Said tract being her dividend of 300 acre agreed to by the heirs.
May 4 1787. r/Feb 10 1803. ISAAC RAMSEY to JOHN RAMSEY for 150 pounds specic, 300 acre between the Kiokee Creek granted to said Isaac in 1774. Bounded by RANDALL RAMSEY on the east and JAMES SIMS on the north.
Nov 21 1801. r/Feb 11th 1803. JAMES GUEST to WILLIAM LINDSEY for $800, sell 100 acres granted to JOHN HARTSHORN, conveyed to JOSEPH MENDENHALL on Germany Creek, bounded by JOHN EMBREE, NATHAN SIDWELL and SAMUEL WILSON. Seven and one half acres on Wilson's old survey, sold go Guest. Ten acres purchased by Guest from Sidwell, 17 acre granted to WILLIAM THOMAS, lying on the Augusta Great Road.

Apr 19th 1802. r/Feb 16 1803. Power of Attorney. PLEASANT MOORE of Edgefield, S.C. being about to journey to the Mississippi Territory, appoints RICHARD JOWELL to collect all monies due him in the State of Georgia.
Mar 17 1802. r/Feb 18 1803. JOHN SHIELDS to JAMES RAY, for $90, sells one fifth part of 150 acres on Cane Creek, granted to Shields, Oct 4 1774.
Oct 2 1802. r/Feb 21 1803. Above property in trust with GILMORE and Company for daughter Mary, with the proviso, that if CRUIKSHANKS should pay the following sums by Jan 1 1791, land would be redeemed. (seems to have been a mortgage) to WILLIAM PATTERSON, 1301 pounds, 17 shillings, 10 pence. to HEATHCOTE and DALE, 1091 pounds, one shilling 10 pence. To OLIVE and THOMSON, 154 pounds, five shillings, eight pence. To ANDREW SKINNER and Company, 243 pounds, two shillings, four pence. To EBENEZER MARKIE, 28 pounds 18 shillings, nine pence. To THOMAS FITZSIMMONS of Philadelphia, 2503 pounds, 10 shillings, nine pence and three farthings. To GEORGE MEADE of Philadelphia, 315 pounds, 11 shilling, five pence. To legal representatives of ROBERT PEACOCK, 20 pounds, ? one shilling, 10 pence and three farthings. Also 2971 pounds, one shilling, four pence current money of Maryland. (name of creditor not given) CRUIKSHANKS died intestate and Mary his only heir. She and her husband released all above lands to GILMORE, PATTERSON and DALE and Company to sell and settle balance due on above debt.
June 10th 1799. r/Mar 16th 1803. JAMES CONE and wife Agatha, of Oglethorpe county to EZEKIEL HUDNALL for 14,000 pounds of inspected tobacco, at Augusta, sell a 200 acre plantation, granted to said Cone, Jan 2 1770 on Little and Savannah Rivers.
June 15th 1799. r/Mar 17 1803. EZEKIEL HUDNALL to JOHN BINION for 600 milled Spanish dollars, the above listed tract.
Mar 11 1803. r/Mar 17 1803. JOHN BINION and wife Mary, to GARAH DAVIS for $800, sell 250 acres on Germany Creek bounded by FULLER, FEW and TELFAIR, whereon said Davis now lives.
Mar 19th 1803. r/Mar 21 1803. Power of Attorney. JOHN JONES appoints JAMES JONES of Camden County, S.C. to recover a tract of land of 400 acres in Halifax County, N.C. on waters of Marsh Swamp, adj. to JOSEPH BLAKE and JACOB HARPER and to sell same.

JOHN JONES, PENELOPE COPPINGER (former JONES) and THOMAS JONES, sons and daughters of JOHN JONES, deceased, late of Halifax County, N.C., appoint JAMES JONES to recover each of our parts of the 400 acre tract bequeathed by said JOHN JONES, deceased, to said John, Penelope and Thomas on the waters of Marsh Swamp, adj. DAVID CRAWLEY.

Jan 4 1803. r/Apr 4 1803. JOHN CHANNAULT to Jane or (James?) FEW, for 33 dollars, sells 40 acre on Greenbriar Creek whereon said Chennault now resides, on the road from Washington to Augusta, adj. JAMES LUKE, JOHN PITTMAN, SAMUEL CARTLEDGE and "Oak Hall". (There were several Oak Halls in Columbia County. One was the Crawford home another was located on the Wrightsborough Road on Little Germany Creek)

RANDALL RAMSEY, "husbandman" with love and affection for my only son John and sons Samuel and Isaac Ramsey (wording confusion) 300 acres in St. Paul's parish on the creek called Little Kiokee Creek, on waters of Savannah River on both sides of said creek, also all my goods and chattels now being on the plantation and the dwelling house."

May 29 1800. r/Apr 22 1803. NATHAN SIDWELL to NATHANIEL GALBREATH of Newberry ,S.C. for $450, sells 90 acres on waters of Germany Creek, originally granted to JOHN SIDWELL, Jan 13 1773, conveyed to NATHAN SIDWELL by Will (recorded in Richmond County 1782)

JOHN GERMANY and wife Elizabeth of St. Paul's Parish to CHARLES PACE for 30 pounds, sterling money of Great Britain, sells 100 acres on Savannah River, bounded by Germany and vacant lands at time survey. (Pace had previously leased this property for five shillings for one year)

Dec 18 1801. r/Apr 26 1803. THOMAS SHORT JONES to JOHN SEYBOLD for $450 sells 192 1/2 acres on Upton Creek, granted to TIMOTHY BARNARD by Sir James Wright in 1775. Sold to EMANUEL WAMBERSIE in 1784 and by him to said Jones in 1789.

May 18 1802. r/May 17 1803. Power of Attorney. SAMUEL WRIGHT of Dublin, Ireland to JOSEPH HABERSHAM; Whereas STEPHEN DEAN, late of Georgia, a mariner, did by his last will and testament, devise all the surplus of his estate to his sister, PENELOPE DEAN, and whereas, said Penelope did intermarry with JOHN WRIGHT of Dorsett Street, Dublin, Gentleman, Feb 16 1779, and whereas, said John and Penelope did die, leaving SAMUEL WRIGHT as their only son and heir and whereas, said Samuel did inherit a tract of land in Columbia County, granted to FRANCIS BEGLIER?, containing 500 acres on the south side of Little River, conveyed to STEPHEN DEAN, May 12 1775. In consideration of the sum of $1750, SAMUEL WRIGHT sells same to JOSEPH HABERSHAM.

March 3rd 1800. r/Sept 9 1802. HENRY WILLIAMS to CAMM (CAMERON) THOMAS for $168, sells 43 acres on both sides of Maddock Creek, adj. JOHN STUBBS and MORDECAI SANDERS. Originally granted THOMAS HUNT by him conveyed to said Williams.
Mar 1803. r/ Sept 13 1803. ROBERT VERNON to WILLIAM and CAMM THOMAS, for $470, sells 123 acres on Maddock Creek, adj. GEORGE BECK, part of a 1100 acre tract granted to JOSEPH MADDOCK and ISAAC VERNON, deceased, for a Horse Pen, also 30 acres granted to ISAAC VERNON, deceased, willed by him to son Jones, since deceased., and said Robert being one of his sons doth sell the above described property.

May 4 1799. r/Sept 13 1803. JOS. CLAY, JR and wife Mary of Bryan County, to WILLIAM JONES, for $700, sell 350 acres on Kegg Creek. Originally granted to NATHANIEL HAMPTON, sold by him to LEONARD MARBURY by him to THOMAS BULLMAN by him to JOSEPH CLAY, SR., and by him given to said JOSEPH CLAY, JR. Mary relinquishes dower.
June 7 1803. r/Sept 13 1803. ISAAC WILLINGHAM, Sheriff, at suit of WILLIAM JONES against SUSANNAH COLEMAN (late relict of GEORGE ROSEBOROUGH), DREDZIL PACE in right of his wife BETSY ROSEBOROUGH and heirs of WILLIAM ROSEBOROUGH deceased, (son of said George and Susannah) seized property of WILLIAM ROSEBOROUGH and sold it at auction. Tract contained 98 2/3 acres bounded by CANDLER, PEARRE, MRS. COLEMAN and DREDZIL PACE. Originally granted to JOHN YOUNGBLOOD,the younger, and conveyed to GEORGE ROSEBOROUGH who died intestate. At a division of said estate, the above tract conveyed to heirs and representatives of said William who was one of the heirs of said George. Price $153.00
June 5 1800. r/Sept 20 1803. DANIEL DANELLY and wife Elizabeth, to EDWARD PRACOR (PRATHER) for $122, sells 245 acres on Big Kiokee Creek, part of a tract originally granted to Major RICHARD CALL, adj. CARROLL, DANELLY and WALKER.
