SEAY, Thomas s/Aug 17 1865 p/July 31 1869 Heirs, sons, W. W. Seay and R. F. Having over 30 slaves set free, I am not able to do much for my younger children. Therefore, I hope that my eldest sons will consider the position that great Civil war has placed me in and assigned it all to fate and accept their father's love. Wife Molly, to have one half the estate, to be divided among my children she has had by me, at her death. If one survive, my property to sons: W. W. and R. F.
