Fouch, John J Jones, Wilkinson Frazier, Abraham Wainright, John singleton – were each drawn and duly summoned to serve as Petit Juror during the present term of court and they and each of them having failed to attend and render sufficient excuse it is therefore ordered by the court be each severally fined the sum of $20.

Zachariah was probably the child of  James Hamilton and Sara Black born Feb 1767 Ireland died Jun 1858 Butler, Taylor, Ga.

He is probably the brother of  James Black Hamilton born 1800 SC and Nancy & Margaret

Sara Black married again, and migrated with her McCants children. She was the dtr of  David Johannes Black Sr. born 1742 died 1817 Davidsonville, Lawrence, Ar. and ___Crealman.
