Jas Aultman et al to W. E. Champion Trustee &c.

This indenture made this 26^th day of November 1888 between James Aultman & Alzana Aultman of the county of Crawford said state of the one part & W. E. Champion of said place trustee for his wife Emma Champion & of their children now born & to be born to them of the second part – Witnesseth that the said James Aultman & Alzana Aultman for & in consideration of the sum of Nineteen Hundred Dollars cash in hand paid to them the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, & by virtue of an order from Judge G. W. Gustin, Judge of the Superior Court of the Macon circuit granted November 23/1888 & of record in the Clerk’s office of Crawford Superior Court (Five Hundred Dollars of grantor’s original Homestead having gone into the land hereinafter described) have granted, sold assigned & conveyed & by these presents do grant bargain sell assign & convey unto the said W. E. Champion Trustee aforesaid & to his heirs, successors & assigns the following described property to wit : that tract or parcel of land lying & being in the 6^th district of originally Houston now Crawford County GA being the North half of lot No. (133) one hundred & thirty three & containing one hundred acres more or less.  To have & to hold the said bargained premises unto the said W. E. Champion his successors & assigns as such trustee as aforesaid and the said James & Alzana Aultman the said bargained premises unto said W. E. Champion trustee as aforesaid & to his successors & assigns will & their heirs executors & administrators shall forever warrant & defend.  The said W. E. Champion to have (have written twice) the power to sell & dispose or said land or to mortgage the same without any order from any court & in case of sale the proceeds to be reinvested for like uses & trusts.  In witness whereof, the said James Aultman & Alzana Aultman have hereto set their hands & seals the day first above written.  The above interlineations as to mortgage & sale without order of court made before signing & signed sealed & Delivered in the presence of us.
