Note by transcriber:

James and Alzynie (Alzana or Zany) Aultman signed this document along with their two surviving sons, James (James K. Polk) and G. W. (George Wilson) and their last unmarried daughter, Nannie (Nancy) Aultman. They had one other daughter still living at the time of this document (Frances C.) but she had since married and apparently as such had no legal reason to be included in this document.
