JENCY LIGHTFOOT the plantation and houses where he lived
containing 202 1/2 acres being 100 acres of Lot No 20 north half
and 152 1/2 acres of Lot no. 21, 7th District, of orginally
Houston now Crawford County. Also to wife one buggy and mule or
horse of her choosing, two horse wagon and harness, one sow &
pigs, two cows& calves, ten heasd of sheep, hois cooper
still, household & kitchen furniture, and his silver watch,
all for her natural life and at her death to go as herein after
mentioned. to son JAMES A. LIGHTFOOT heirs: REMILLIONS JANE,
NANCY C., BENJAMIN H., JOSIAH JAMES, and WILLIAM A.J. LIGHTFOOT
one lot of land containing 202 1/2 acres being Lot No. 11, 7th
District, of orginally houston County now Crawford County. To
daughter DELPH PRESTON one dwelling house and lot in town of Ft.
Valley known as the King place containiing 1/2 acre, also a
business house and lot in Ft.valley known as the OSTAN lot, free
from disposal of any present or future husband, when they pay
over to his heirs the sum of $200. To son BENJAMIN B. LIGHTFOOT $
200 and 150 acres in Lot No 13,7th District, of orginally Houston
nown Crawford County, one mule, and one cow & calf, which at
said son's death to go to his children. to the children of son
J.C. LIGHTFOOT, to wit JOHN SAMUEL, JENCY VICTORIA, JULIUS AARON,
100 acres of south half of Lot No. 20 and 50 acres in southwest
corner of Lot No. 13. To daughter JENCY VICTORIA TABOR $300 and
two head of sheep. To AUGUSTUS F. LIGHTFOOT Land Lot No. 12, 7th
District, containing 202 1/2 acres, one coli names Tallon, one
cow& calf , one bed & furniture, two head of sheep, one
sow & pigs, and 175 lbs of pork. To son CARVELG. LIGHTFOOT,
after wife's death, the plantation & house where shew now
lives conatianing 252 1/2 acres, one sorrell mare, Blaze, one cow
&ncalf, two head of sheep. one bed & furniture, one sow
&pigs , and 175 lbs of pork. Exec: wife JENSY LIGHTFOOT and
son AUGUSTUS F. LIGHTFOOT, and friend DAVID WRIGHT SIMMONS.
