WRIGHT, Robert M.
1 Feb. 1842, {P} Mar. 1842 Term, {R} 23 Mar 1842: He gave unto his wife Nancy WRIGHT, for her natural life: Four hundred and four (404) acres on which the house and dwelling now is on, known as Lot. No. 31 and Lot No. 52, 1st Dist., of formerly Houston now Crawford County; All his negroes, Nathan age 50 to 60, Henry age 27, Emaline age 27, John age c20, Alford age c20, Harriett age c8, Wiett age c6, Archible age c4 and Seasor about 2 or 3 mos.; And all his horses and mules, cattle, hogs, sheep, household & kitchen furniture, gin, thrashing machine, plow gear, plantation tools, and present crops of wheat and oats.  To his grandchildren, Mary Ann WRIGHT, Adaline Jane Musuriah WRIGHT, William Robert Simeon WRIGHT, the children of his son William P. WRIGHT, dec., 101 1/4 acres of land being the west half of Lot 53, 1st Dist., formerly Houston, now Crawford County.  At death of his wife, grandson William P. R. S. WRIGHT as son of his son William P. Wright, dec., to receive 101 1/4 acres of the west half of Lot 52, and one negro boy Wiett.  Also at the death of his wife, his daughters Adaline D. SIMS, Eliza BAZEMORE, and Mary Walpole, and the children of his deceased son William P. WRIGHT, namely Mary Ann, Adaline J. M., and William P. R. S. WRIGHT to receive an equal division of the remaining property, except the remaining land which is to go to my daughters and their children.  To sons-in-law Washington BAZEMORE and Edmond WALPOLE he gave $5 each as their full part of his estate and no more.  Exc: wife Nancy WRIGHT and William CRUTCHFIELD.  Wit: William SMITH, James ROBERTS, and Mansel W. HAMMOCK, J. P.
