RAILROAD ORDINANCES
43. Be it ordained by the town council of Roberta, that rail-road trains while
passing said town shall not blockade any of the public crossings longer than
five minutes and any conductor violating this ordinance shall be fined not less
than one dollar nor more than ten dollars or be confined in the town guard house
not less than one nor more than ten days, one or both penalties in the
discretion of the Mayor.
