ADAMS, Robert & wife Sidney MANDERSON migrated from
Bibb Co., GA, by 1830. They
previously resided in Baldwin Co.,
GA, where they married in 1822. Robert was born in England in 1794; Sidney
was probably born in
Burke Co, GA, about 1800. Both
died in Crawford County, Robert, 9 Nov 1868, and Sidney, 8 June 1872. (Cynthia

BAREFOOT, Mortimer WILSON, born in Hartsville, Darlington County, SC, on May 3, 1848, moved to Crawford County between 1878 and 1900. Wife - Caroline "Carrie" Howle, born Nov 1852 in Darlington Co, SC;, married abt 1878. Children - John Francis, Sarah Elizabeth, Minnie Frances, Benjamin "Jimmy," Caroline "Carrie," Margaret "Maggie," Lena, and Dock. All children were listed on the 1900 Crawford County census (and in independent family research) as being born in SC, but this can't be right, as some were born after 1900, when the family was already in Crawford County. BUNDRICK, John & wife Mary Magdalena "Molly" CLAPP migrated from Newberry Co., SC, by 1839 with sons John Henry, Joseph, William, Zachariah, David, Samuel, and Adam M., & daughters Efa "Eve" BUNDRICK (married Daniel HAMILTON), Catherine BUNDRICK (married Henry WYRICK), and Christina BUNDRICK. Both John and Molly died in Crawford County, John about 1839 and Molly before 1860. (Cynthia Nason ←)

COLLIER, Benjamin (Wife: Ann (Polly) Howard) From Brunswick, Virginia sometime between his birth (1779) and his death (1830). My research shows he was a judge in Crawford County at some point, but I don't have dates. (Jennifer Collier Jones ←)
HAMILTON, Zachariah & James Black Hamilton migrated from Fairfield Co. SC. between the 1820 and 1830 census. (Gerry Hill ←)
HARRELL, Samuel, born in NC about 1795 and found first in Twiggs County, Georgia on the 1830 census. Wife - Mary, children - Isaac, Jesse, Claricy, Sarah, William, Mary, Samuel, Patience and Elizabeth. Samuel bought property in Crawford County, GA on Oct. 24, 1853. He and his family are on the 1860, 1870 and 1880 Crawford County GA census reports. Samuel died about September 1882 in Crawford Co. according to his will. (Cheryl Aultman ←)
HARRISON, Jonathan & wife Rachel CULLEN and some of their children migrated from Jones Co., GA, by 1827. The couple had migrated from Gates Co., NC, by 1816 to Jones County. Both had previously been married and had children by these marriages. Rachel married first to William HOBBS, then second to his first cousin Aaron HOBBS. Most of this family had left by 1839 for Randolph/Stewart County, GA. (Cynthia Nason ←)

MCMICHAEL, Rueben, Born in Putnam and Greene Co. Ga., was in Crawford by the 1830 census. His brother John married Mary Jane Howe, dtr of Robert in 1829. In 1832 Reuben married Margaret Elizabeth Sanders Lawrence. (Gerry Hill ←)
