Full Title: An Act to legalize and make valid the official acts of Luke Johnson,
as Justice of the Peace of
Fayette County.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Georgia
in General Assembly met,
and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That the acts and doings
of Luke Johnson, heretofore
done and performed in the

capacity of a Justice of the Peace in and for the County of Fayette, be and the
same are hereby legalized
and made valid, any lefect in commissioning the said Luke Johnson by the
Governor, or any informality in
the manner of his having been sworn in, as such Justice of the Peace, to the
contrary notwithstanding.
