Judge, Justice of the Peace, or

Notary Public Ex officio J.P.

You are hereby authorized to join Charles Dick

and Elizabeth Mask in matrimony according

to the Constitution and Laws of this State:

and for so doing this shall be your sufficient

License. Given under my hand and seal,

                        Of office at Fayetteville this 10th day of Augt 1871.

I do hereby certify that Charles Dick and

Elizabeth Mask were duly joined in matrimony

according to the aforegoing license by me this

10th day of August 1871.
