county deceased died intestate having while he lived and at the time of
his death, divers estates real and personal, within the said state, by means
whereof the full dispostion and power of granting the administration of

the same, to the court aforesaid, does of right belong, and they desiring
that the same may be well and truly administered and legally disposed of.

of these presents to administer the entire estate, both real and personal
of said deceased, which to him in his lifetime and at the time of his death,

By Seaborn Kitchens Ordinary for said county where as John Kitchens Sr late of said county decesed died intestate having whilest he lived and at the time of his death divers goods chattels rights and credits within the said state and it being proper rite and necessary that the goods and chattels of the said decesed should be collected and taken care of until a citation in due form of law can issue and it be ascertained to whom the righ of administration doth appertain I do therefore hearby ordain depute and constitute William M Kelley with full power by the tenor of these presents to collect and take care of the moneys good and chattels of the said John Kitchins Sr deceased and the same safety to keepe until it can be ascertained to whome the right of administration doth belong and thereupon the said William M Kelley immediately to deliver up the said moneys good and chattels to whomesower the court shall commit the administration of the said deceased agreeably to law

ASA NEWSOMState of Georgia Glascock County By Seaborn Kitchens Ordinary for said county whereas Asa Newsom late of said county deceased died intestate having whilst he lived and at the time of his death divers goods chattles rights and credits within the said state and it being proper right and necessary that the goods and chattles of the said deceased should be collected and taken care of until a citation in due form of Law can issue and it being ascertained to whom the rights of Administration doth appertain. I do therefore hereby ordain despute and constitute Joda Harris with full by the tenor of these presents to collect and take care of the money goods and chattles of the said Asa Newsom deceased and the same safety to keep until it can be ascertained to whom the right of Administartion do belong and thereupon the said Joda Harris immediately to deliver up the said moneys goods and chattles to whomsoever the court shall commit the administration of the said deceased agreebly to law

ALLEN KELLEYState of Georgia Glascock County By the court of Ordinary for said countyTo all to whom these presents shall come. Greeting Know ye that on the third day of November in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and Sixty Two the last will and Testament of Allen Kelley late of Glascock county deceased was exhibited in open court and in common form of law, proved and admitted to record a copy of which is hereto annexed, and administration of all and singular, the goods chattles and credits of said deceased was granted to William M Kelley and John Swint Senr the Executors in and by said will named and appointed they having first taken the oath and performed all other requisites required by by law. They by order of said court and by virtur of these presents legally authorized to administer the goods chattels and credits of said deceased according to the ____ and affect of said will and Testament and according to law; and they are hereby required to render a true and perfect Inventory of all and Singular the goods chattles and credits of the said deceased and appraised and returned to this court acording to law and to render a true and ernest account to the said court of their actings and doings yearly and every year until Administration is fully completed

To us is manifestly known to belong and for the better securing the estate and more ample maintainance and Education of the said Orphans and from the integrity and confidence reposed in you we do hereby commit the tuition Education and guardianship of the said George W and Susan F Bass? To you the said George W Kelley you assenting thereto by your acceptance of these Letters herein chanrging you that you maintain and cause to be Educated said orphans in such manner as shall be suitable to their interest and circumstances during their minority and that you inquire into and take charge of their estates both real and personal and all the things do which by law you ought to do for said wards of all which a true and perfect account you shall render to the court of ordinary for said county according to Law in every year during your cordininence in office. JOHN HOBBSPAGE 54Georgia Glascock CountyBy the Ordinary of said countyJohn Hobbs late of said county in which he died resident having recently departed this life testate, possessed of a valuable estate real and personal and the Executor of said testate having since qualification departed this life also and David Denton of Said county having at this regular term of the Court of Ordinary by special order been appointed Administrator De barris now with the will annexed upon the estate of John Hobbs upon conditions of his giving bond and security in the sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars and taking and subscribing the usual oath and Said David Denton having fully complied with the directions of the court aforesaid. This is to show that said David Denton is fully empowered to exercise all the power and duties of Administrator De bonis now with the will annexed of John Hobbs, to Administer as Such Administrator the estate of said John Hobbs conveyed by said will to ask demand, receive and recover all claims due John Hobbs and to pay all the just liabilities of said John Hobbs so far as the Law permits And that said David Denton is required to observe and perform the last will and testament of said John Hobbs as faithfully as if he had been appointed Executor of said John Hobbs and fully and truly to discharge all the powers and duties of Administrator with the will annexed of John Hobbs.
