This Indenture made and entered in to this 4th (?) day of November
1833 between Levi Watts of the one part of the County of Habersham and State
Georgia and Frederick B. Starnes of the County of Hall and State aforesaid of
the other part . W itnesseth that the said Levi Watts for and in the consideration of $35.00 to be paid to him in hand the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath this day bargained and conveyed and by these presents doth bargain and sell and convey unto the said Frederick B. Starnes his heirs and assigns
a certain tract or lot of land situate lying and being in the County of Habersham in the State aforesaid and in the tenth district of said County known as
Lot No. two hundred and nineteen (219)
to have and to hold the same to him and his heirs forever and the said Levi Watts his heirs and assigns will forever warrant and defend the same against the right or title of any other or all other persons whatsoever

Levi Watts sign seal and deliver the within deed for the purposes therein
mentioned and that he saw John Herrin and Hiram Gailey sign the same as

Deed To a tract of Land

 

This Indenture made this the fourtheenth day of October, in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty six between Andrew Watts and Barbary Watts his wife, of the County and State aforesaid of the one part, and Levi Watts of the County and State aforesaid of the other part.
Witnesseth that the Said Andrew Watts and Barbary, his wife for and in consideration of the Sum of Fifty dollars to them in hand paid at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and do by these presents grant, bargain sell and convey unto the said Levi Watts his heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcell of land situate lying and being in the County of Habersham on the Cracklin Gourd Creek containing one hundred and seventy acres more or less being a tract of land originally granted to John Watts on the Seventh day of November in the year of Our Lord onethousand eighthundred and three and conveyed by him the said John Watts to Andrew Watts.  Bounded N. west by old boundary line S.E.wardly by Hall County and on all other sides by unknown lands to have and to hold said tract or parcell of land unto him the said Levy

Watts his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances to the same in any manner belonging to his and their own proper use benefit and behalf forever in fee simple_ And the said Andrew Watts and Barbary his wife for themselves their heirs executors and administrators the said bargained premises unto the said Levi Watts his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against themsleves and against the claim of all persons whatsoever.  In witness whereof, the Said Andrew Watts and Barbary Watts his wife hath hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year above written

Barbary Watts wife of the within named Andrew Watts did this day appear before me and being privately and separate and apart from her said husband examined by me did declare that she freely voluntarily and without any compulsion dread or fear of any person whatsoever, renounced, released and forever relinquished unto the said Levi Watts his heirs and assigns all her interest and estate and also all her
right and claim of dower of in and to all and singular the premises mentioned in the within deed__  In witness whereof the said Barbara Watts hath set her hand and seal to these presents__this the 14th day of October 1826.

                      This Indenture made this thirty first day of December in the year onethousand eighthundred and  forty two between Levi Watts of the County of Lumpkin and State aforesaid of the one part and Mathew Williams of State aforesaid and County of Hall of the other part__ Witnesseth

that for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars to him in
hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said
Mathew Williams his heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcell of land
situate lying and being in the County of Habersham, which is a survey as by
Grant Sheweth viz, surveyed on the eighth day of January in the year
onethousand eight hundred and twenty three for John Watts and is bounded as
follows on the South by Hall County line, on the North by Charles Boyles,
possession on the Southwest by James Allans, on the waters of Hudson River
containing one hundred and seventy acres.  To have and to hold said tract of
land unto the said Mathew Williams his heirs and assigns together with all
and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereof to the same in any
manner belonging to his and their own proper use, benefit and behalf forever
in fee simple and the said Levi Watts for himself his heirs executors and
administrators the said bargained premises to the said Mathew Williams his
heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title against
himself his heirs and against the claim of all other persons whatever.
                In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my
