Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty six between Andrew Watts and
Barbary Watts his wife, of the County and State aforesaid of the one part,
and Levi Watts of the County and State aforesaid of the other part. |

| Watts his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances to the same in any manner belonging to his and their own proper use benefit and behalf forever in fee simple_ And the said Andrew Watts and Barbary his wife for themselves their heirs executors and administrators the said bargained premises unto the said Levi Watts his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against themsleves and against the claim of all persons whatsoever. | This Indenture made this thirty first day of December in the year onethousand eighthundred and forty two between Levi Watts of the County of Lumpkin and State aforesaid of the one part and Mathew Williams of State aforesaid and County of Hall of the other part__ Witnesseth | |

| that for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred
dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Mathew Williams his heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcell of land situate lying and being in the County of Habersham, which is a survey as by Grant Sheweth viz, surveyed on the eighth day of January in the year onethousand eight hundred and twenty three for John Watts and is bounded as follows on the South by Hall County line, on the North by Charles Boyles, possession on the Southwest by James Allans, on the waters of Hudson River containing one hundred and seventy acres. To have and to hold said tract of land unto the said Mathew Williams his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereof to the same in any manner belonging to his and their own proper use, benefit and behalf forever in fee simple and the said Levi Watts for himself his heirs executors and administrators the said bargained premises to the said Mathew Williams his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title against himself his heirs and against the claim of all other persons whatever.
