Wilson of Jasper County, Georgia, all moneys in your hands due or coming to me in any manor withen my individual capacity, or as guardian of Sarah F. Morgan (minor heir of Stokely Morgan deceased) as I have hereby appointed, and do appoint him the said A. P. Wilson to receive the same as my agent and attorney and kept and discharge you as I myself could do were I present.
