This indenture made and entered into this seventh day of
March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eleven, between
Witnesseth that said Jones Temples for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred dollars to him in hand paid by the said John Pennington the receipt whereof he doth acknowledge, hath bargained sold and delivered and by these presence doth bargain sell and deliver unto the said John Pennington his heirs and assigns one certain tract or lot of land contained two hundred two and a half acres more of less situate belying and being in the county of Randolph which is now and distinguished in the plan of said district by the number one hundred and ninety two sixteenth district, joining lot 199, lot 193, lot 169 and lot 191. Surveyed on the 29th day of May 1807 by Hugh McDonald and drawn by Jeremiah Slade, together with all and singular the rights title and appurtenances thereof whatsoever to the said tract or lot of land and also all the right title, interest claim or demand of him or the said Jones Temples his heirs and assigns of into or out of the same to the said John Pennington his heirs and assigns in fee simple forever all singular the premises aforesaid against myself my heirs and assigns or any other person or persons whatsoever to him the said John Pennington his heirs and assigns I warrant and forever defend .
