Deed to Abel P. Wilson and James H. Weatherbee, executors of the estate of Joseph A. Wilson for 12 acres in Jasper County, Georgia, from James Potts, dated October 7, 1836.

This indenture made this seventh day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty six between James Potts of the county of Jasper of the one part and Abel P. Wilson and James H. Weatherbee,  executors of the estate of Joseph A. Wilson, deceased of the other part. 

 

Witnesseth that the said James Potts, for and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars in hand paid at and before this sealing and delivery of these presents the _______  _____ of  is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained and sold and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell in the said Abel P. Wilson and James W. Weatherbee executors as afore said for the sole use and benefit of the heirs of Joseph A. Wilson, deceased all that tract of parcel of land being as follows; beginning at a post oak corner on or near the main road thence north 41E forty rods to a chestnut stake corner thence N. 49 W. forty eight rods to a chestnut stake corner thence S. 41W to post oak corner near the big road thence along the big road S. 41E forty eight rods to the beginning containing twelve acres more or less adjoining land owner by the heir of the said Joseph A. Wilson and being of the same James Potts.

 

To have and to hold said twelve acres of land unto the said Abel P. Wilson and James W. Weatherbee, executors of afore said for the use and benefit of the  ______ of the same Joseph A. Wilson, deceased,  in fee simple  together with all and singular the eight members and appurtenances thereof to the same being belonging or in any wise appertaining these unto_______ the said James Potts for himself his heirs, executors and administrators, the _____ shall and will by these present warrant and forever define the right and title thereof unto the said Abel P. Wilson and James H. Weatherbee executors as aforesaid for the use and benefit of the _______ executors of the said Joseph A. Wilson, deceased from themselves and from all and every other person or persons what ever.
