This indenture made this the twenty ninth day of April in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty three between Benjamin J. Wilson of the
Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of two thousand dollars in hand the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged both bargained and sold and do by these presents bargain and sell unto the said Abel P. his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land in the county of Jasper containing three hundred and sixty five acres more or less it being known by number one hundred and ninety one and a part of number one hundred and ninety two bounded by number two hundred number one hundred and ninety and one hundred and seventy in the sixteenth district of formally Randolph now Jasper County the said land is more particular known by the Webb lot and the lot where Joseph Wilson died.
To have all the above bargained premises but one quarter of and acre of ground where the graves of my relations now is commencing in five feet of the grave on the north side thence running round said graves so as to embrace them with the privilege of facing to or from them in any convenient way. Together with all its appurtenances whatsoever except as before excepted. Members rents issues, profits, and rights whatsoever in the above bargained premises unto the said Abel P. Wilson his heirs and assigns and I, Benjamin J. Wilson for myself my heirs and assigns do covenant warrant and forever defend the same against any lawful claim or claims of any other person or persons whatsoever in fee simple unto the said Abel P. his heirs and assigns.
