Bro. James M. [Madison] Deen of going to law against a sister. We release him of the
charge for we find that Sister Sarah E. Deen commenced the suit.
Resolved that the same above committee of arbitration meet hear on Saturday before the
first Sundat in June and_____to endeavor to get a settlement between the parties.
Mot. moved and carried that a committee of three to be appointed as follows. Charles L.
Sorrells, William A. Stone and Alexander McEwen that the will visit certain members
belonging to the church and hear from them as to why they do not attend to their meetings
on Saturday more regular.
