My father's parents, Arthur C. Belcher and Nina Belle Belcher were in Covington the year of his borth, 1902. His name was James Clack Belcher and he died in 1950's. I can find nothing about him anywhere. Can anyone help? Thanks, Susan Belcher Albrecht
