Nicholas was born in Oglethorpe Co. and was married in Talbot Co. in 1842 to Amanda Elizabeth Daniel Colbert, dau. of Larkin Colbert. Nicholas was murdered - shot from outside through the window of his home - and the guilty party was never found. |
