Note: Jasper Newton Futch was born in Barnwell District, SC. It is interesting
to note that Hasper N. Futch was killed when a tree fell on him while he was
cutting timbe in the area of where he is buried. Married to Sarah Elizabeth
Harrell in Hawkinsville, GA on May 5, 1878.
