M.D. HEIDELBERG of Randolph Co. Ga. m. Harriett RAILEY in 1853. Harriet shows up on the 1860 Clay Co. census as head of household with Mary E. 14, Gabrel 11, Susannah 8, Martha 5, Christopher 2, and Middleton 9 mos. The first three children were born before she and M.D. married, so apparently M.D. was married before and had the first three children. He and Harriet show up in TX on the 1880 Limestone Co. census. So does Mary E. m. to Thomas H. HULEN, Jr. and M.L. HEIDELBERG (probably Middleton). Mary died in 1905 in Limestone Co. Any help will be appreciated.

My great-grandfather is Russell Jordon FARABEE. He was born in Randolph Co., GA on October 16, 1871. In 1890, at 19 years of age, he came to Bridgeport, TX working as a coal miner. In 1907/08, he married Emma CROWELL of TX and they moved to Newcastle, TX where both of them spent the rest of their lives. Russell Jordon FARABEE died on January 21, 1956 in Olney, TX. He & Emma reared 5 sons: Gordon Clarence, Clifford Clyde & Clifton Curtis (twins), Russell Jordon, Jr., and Leonard Marion.
We know very little about his family he left in GA. He may have a brother Warner who was last known to be living in Atlanta, GA. He may have a brother or a cousin named Joe who lived in Wichita Falls, TX whose sons were Ray and Ralph.
I'd like to hear from anyone who may have connections to any FARABEEs in Randolph Co., GA. Thanks.
