DIXSON / JEFFRIES / JOHNSTON / MAINOR / THOMPSON (04/21/99)
Love the new volume. It is worth waiting for. I now have even more questions: Anne THOMPSON lived with my ggfather DIXSON in Cuthbert in the 1880 Census. She was said to be "aunt". Was she the Nannie V. THOMPSON mentioned in the Vol. II, Hist. of Randolph? What was the connection of the Thompson family with the MORRIS family? Are there many tombstones in the Morris family cemetery in Quitman?

Where are JEFFRIES family buried? Eliz. JEFFRIES m. James B. JOHNSTON 1837?
