Hello, I am looking for any information of the family of James "Sanky" HOLT my great-grandfather born in Bainbridge, GA. His parents were Thomas and Laura HOLT. I believe his mothers maiden name may have been Laura WILLIAMS. Thomas and Laura children are Sallie, William, James, Johnnie, & Bessie (Brown) of Anniston, Al. William had a set of twins named Deroy HOLT and Leroy HOLT who lived in Sanford, Fl. Their mother was Hatte DICKSON. There may be more children but not sure of names. My great-grandfather married Mary Etta JACKSON born 1890 in Camilla, GA. Her parents were Major and Julia JACKSON. Their children were Mary Etta, Classie, Ola (Ora) Mae, Essie Mae, and James JACKSON. May be more but unsure of names. The JACKSON side has some connection in Alabama not sure how. But, both families had ties to Quincy, FL. in Gadsden County , Manatee, FL. and Sanford, FL. Any info on JACKSON or HOLT families in the Southwest corner of Georgia or the mentioned parts of Florida would greatly be helpful. Thank you for you time and happy searching. Please contact me directly by email if need be. Thanks!

Mary Ann Elizabeth NOBLIN married John WISEMAN in Randolph Co, GA in Feb 1855, according to information I have seen. Does anyone connected to this site have access to printed copies of the Randolph Co marriage records who would be willing to verify this marriage and provide the specific reference for this marriage? Mary Ann Elizabeth NOBLIN was the sister to my GGrandfather Andrew Jackson NOBLIN. The family lived in Houston Co, GA for many years (ca 1833 - mid 1850's). My GGrandfather moved to Dale Co, AL, along with four of his brothers. I have been unable to trace the other five siblings to my GGrandfather. If Mary Ann indeed moved to Randolph Co, this gives me a clue as to where to look for the lost siblings and, possibly, their parents, whose place and date of death is unknown to me. Thanks for any help.
