Funeral services were held for Mrs. Alma Lee Edge, 55, at 3 PM today at Midway Church with interment in the Church Cemetery. Rev. J. J. Winburn of Soperton officiated and Sammons Funeral Home was in charge.

Pallbearers were Ed and Wyman Braddy, Cab Edge, Festes Carter, Rex Miller, and Grady Whitehead.

Mrs. Edge was born and reared in Laurens County and had been a resident of Moultrie, Ga. for five months. She died Monday, Sept. 22 at 10:02 PM in Moultrie at the Vereen Memorial Hospital. She was a widow and a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include: two sons, S. H. Humphrey, Moultrie and A. C. Humphrey, Soperton; two daughters, Mrs. W. L. Garrett, Jacksonville and Miss Jeanette Edge, Tarrytown; two stepsons, W. C. Humphrey, Vidalia and J. N. Humphrey, Savannah; four stepdaughters, Mrs. Eulene Morris, Savannah, Mrs. Lige Gay, Lyons, Mrs. Charlie Mills, Vidalia, and Mrs. Randal Wilkes, Soperton; and nine grandchildren.
