Isaac Hart Sr.

Last Will & Testament of Isaac Hart, Sr b. 2/20/1773..d 711/1844 Married Sarah Buffington 5/10/1795
Georgia, Warren County, In the name of God amen. Know all whom it may concern that I, Isaac Hart, Senior, of the state and county aforesaid, being
weak and infirm of body but of sound mind and disposing memory & knowing that it is appointed to all men once to die & after this the judgement: do
make this my last will & testament, as follows to wit, & first I give my love to God that gave it. Me, & my body to the Earth to be buried in decent
Christian burial not doubting but that I shall receive the same reunited at the great & dreadful day of Judgement, & as touching such worldly Estate as
it has pleased God to bless me with, in this life, I want the same disposed of in the following manner to wit.
1st It is my desire that each of my daughters namely Sarah Adkins Phoebe Peebles, Mary Hobbs, Milbry Hobbs & Elizabeth Tarry (their heirs) keep
and have the negro girls & their increase that I have already given them upon them that is my daughters marriage & which they now have in
possession.
2nd I give & bequeath unto each of my daughters to wit. Sarah Adkins, Phoebe Peebles, Mary Hobbs, Milbrv Hobbs & Elizabeth Tarry & their heirs
the Sum of one hundred dollars each to be paid to them by my Executor herinafter to be named said money to be paid out of my Estate.
3rd I give & bequeath unto my son Samuel Hart & his heirs one half of a tract of land containing together two hundred & fifty acres more or less. Said
land was purchased by, me at public sale of the estate of Solomon Newsom deed. the dividing line to be run from North to South parallel with the
original lines of S. tract & Samuel Hart to have the west end which joins his land where he now lives.
4th I give & bequeath to my son Barnabus Hart & his heirs Seven Hundred dollars, six hundred of which is paid, the remaining hundred to be paid to
him by my executor.
5th I give & bequeath to my son Isaac Hart & his heirs seven hundred dollars of which is already paid.
6th I give & bequeath to my son William Hart & his heirs one tract of land (lying on the North side of the above mentioned two hundred & fifty acre
tract)containing two hundred & seventy six acres more or less, conveyed to me by deed from Wiley Herndon also one bed & furniture, & also one
hundred dollars to be paid to him out or my Estate by my Executors.
7th I give & bequeath to my son Vincent Hart & his heirs Seven Hundred dollars to be paid to him by my Executors out of my Estate, also one bed &
furniture & two cows & calves.
8th I give & bequeath to my son Solomon Hart & his heirs one hundred dollars in addition to what I have already given him said hundred dollars to be
paid to him out of my Estate by my Executors.
9th It is my desire that all of my property both real & personal not mentioned in this will be my Executors equally divided among all my children & their
heirs to wit; (I) Sarah Adkins, (2) Phoebe Peebles, (3) Mary Hobbs, (4) Milbry Hobbs, (5) Elizabeth Tarry. (6) Samuel Hart (7) Barnabus Hart, (8) Isaac
Hart, (9) William Hart, (10) Vincent & (II) Solomon Hart.
10th I do hereby constitute & appoint Aaron Adkins my son-in-law & my son Isaac Hart my Executors of this last will & testament to execute the same
at their discretion aftending to the tenor & language thereof & I do hereby revoke all other wills heretofore made by me, as witness my hand & seal,
this 27th day of January, 1838.

On July 1, 1844, the last will & testament of Isaac Hart, Sr. is recorded. Executors are Aaron Adkins and Issac Hart, Jr. On November 4, 1844, land
not specified in the will of Issac Hart, Sr., is ordered sold by Aaron Adkins and Isaac Hart, Jr.(exeeutors)
