Requisition for forage, private horse. 1 Sept 1863 to 30 Sept 1863. 12 lbs of corn per day, a total of 360 lbs of corn.

Invalid soldiers pension 1900:
Augustus C Gunz. Born 20 July 1839, was a resident since October 1845. Was enlisted Jan 1862. At the battle of Chicamauga on Sept 20, 1863, he was wounded by gunshot in left leg above the knee which has rendered the left leg substantially and essentially on account of said wound. That he never returned to his command, but all the rest of the war was on detached duty at light service.
