Seaborn McMichael born  Ga died Buena Vista, Marion, Ga. married Greene Co. Ga.
20 Jul 1826 Elizabeth A. Riley dtr. of Thomas Lynch Riley.The couple is buried
in the City Cemetery at Buena Vista.  Seaborn is the son of James McMichael &
Margraet "Peggy" (Later Mrs. Wm. Armour) of Baldwin,Jasper & Greene Co. Ga.

1837 Jan. 2 Land Records, Liber F Seaborn McMichael land to Covington Brooks, both of Stewart County, Ga. for $400. Lot 112 20th Dist. on Petoula Creek 202 1/2 acres. Witnesses: Christopher C. Brooks, Ezekiel P. Griffin. Signed Seaborn McMichael. Proved 18 April 1837. Recorded 24 Apr 1837.  Lot 112 20th Dist.
1843- Mother made will-naming only her McMichael childre-with apparently their
Father's estate-from Jasper Co.
1843 Apr. 17 Greene Co. Will Bk. G pg. 167 Margaret Armor:
My will is that Elizabeth Peek, now married, and Adeline Peek, dtrs. of  my deceased dtr. Adeline Peek the wife of John C. Peek, to  have $800.00 out of my estate. My son, Seaborn McMichael shall have $700.00 out of my estate  independent of his portion of said estate. All my effects at my death to be divided in four shares between Seaborn McMichael, John McMichael, Reuben  McMichael and Elizabeth Williams. The portion coming to Elizabeth Williams  to be held by my son, John McMichael in trust during her life and at her death to go to her children. Witnessed by S C Holt, J L Mathews and G A Hall.

1852 Christian Index-  Mother Margaret "Peggy" died, she was 69 years old.
She named a  child James Nelson, (Father's name?)An Abraham Nelson lived Greene, married Elizabeth Ellis 1799.
Her son Reuben also named a son James Nelson. She died testate in 69th year. Grave Ridge Grove Churchyard, Greene Co. Ga.
