This will certify that Mrs Rebecca Yates of Marion County GA has paid in at this office 300 dollars for which amount registered bonds of the Confederate States of America bearing interest from this date at teh rate of four percent per annum, will be issued to him under the Act approved Feb 17, 1864, upon the surrender of this certificate at this office, W H Young, Columbus GA office.
