Whereas it is made to appear to the Court that the original declarations and process in the above cases have been destroyed by the burning of the court house and further appearing that the copies of the originals here offered in Court in lieu of the same are substantially true copies thereof on motion that the same be and are hereby established in lieu the same.
Edward A Robinson vs William Rushin; Assumpsit. returnable to March term 1845 and can----- at September term 1845. It appearing to the court that the original declaration and process and proceedings to judgement the above case have been destroyed by fire and that the copy hereto annexed is in essence a copy of the said destroyed original. It is therefore motioned ordered that the same be established in lieu of said destroyed original and that the clerk issue a --- accordingly.
