Son Morgan left out.. Estate part went to Mime Sheppard McMichael. He got it if she died and no kids.
Sale of second portion of land belonging to Estate of John McMichael the same bring over looked at time of first sale.Sold on the 1st Tuesday in June 1875 before the Court House in said county for cash

John born 1808 Putnam Co. Ga. died 1873 Eatonton,Putnam, Ga.
he married Mary Jane Howe dtr of Robert Howe & Susannah Gray

Grandchild of John & Mary (Irving?)
Mary Elizabeth married William Howell Huff who died at Shiloh.She died 1861.
Susannah Margaret married Rev.Malcolm Haire.
James Robert married Elvira A. Stevens
