Sale bill of property of the estate of W. A. McMichael deceased by J.G. x T.R.  McMichael the admins. after due legal advertisement on the first Tuesday in Nov. 1899 between the legal hours of sale of public outcry at Court house door in town of Buena Vista Ga. The Terms of sale being Cash.
 
The west half of lot of land #151 and 121 acres more or less of lots #138 and 142 in the fourth (4th) district said county ___ 220 2/4 acres more or less C H McCall $480 Mch 23rd

Personally came before me J.G. McMichael one of the administrators of the  estate of W. A. McMichael who being duly sworn says that the within sale hill  is just true & correct. July 2nd  J.G. McMichael.
