Appointment of a guardian minor children of A G Roberts

By the Ordinary of said County.

Whereas application has been made in proper form for the appointment of a guardian for Douglass, Florence, Drew, Mollie, and Lucinda, minor children of A G Roberts late of said County Deceased. And James F. Roberts, has been by order duly passed, appointed such guardian, and has given the Bond Required, and qualified as such. Now Know Ye, that the said James F. Roberts is by these presents, Authorized Empowered and directed to Receive Collect and take charge of the Estate, both Real and personal of the said minor children above named, and to do all other things which are Required of him by law, as guardian of said minor children, with all the Authority and power usual in such cases..
