Last Will and Testament of
Nancy M. Bush
Georgia, Miller County.
I Nancy M. Bush of said State and County being of sound and disposing
mind and memory do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking and
annulling all others heretofore made by me.
1. I desire and direct that my body be buried in a descent and Christian
like manner suitable to my circumstances and conditions in life by side of my
husband W. S. Bush and in the same manner as my husband was buried with a
similar tomb.
2. I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without unnecessary
delay by my executor hereinafter named and approved.
3. As I have no children the union of the happy married life of myself
and my husband W. S. Bush and no direct heirs and whereas during the last
years of my life I have had living with me two of my great-nephews. Sam
Robert and Auburn Roberts, sons of Ulus Roberts and they have
taken care of me in my old age, been as sons to me, nurtured me in sickness and
heath and have added greatly to the pleasure of my life I give and bequeath
jointly to the above named Sam and Auburn Roberts, my total estate
consisting of 175 acres of land more or less of off lots of land nos 280, 279 &
242 in the 13th district of Miller County which tracts are more particular
described in deeds to my husband W. S. Bush whole sole heir at law I am.
All live stock that I may be in possession of at the time of my death, farm
implements farm produce, merchandise of whatever character I may be possessed,
notes and assets and money to them jointly in fee simple with the further
process that said land is not to be sold by them under order of Court or
otherwise until they shall have reached the age of 35 at which time thy may sell
said land if they se fit and proper. My desire being that they shall have a good
home and farm until they reach full maturity. I further give them one bed and
covering each, all dressing and cookery, room furnature and fixtures I expressly
direct that should I die before said legatees become of age that there father
Ulus Roberts shall qualify as there Guardian giving sufficient bond unto the
ordinary of said County and take charge of said property for said legatees.
4. I give all of the household goods that I may have at the time of my
death outside of that above named share and share alike to my sisters, Mrs.
Pinkie Miller, Mrs. Virginia Houston, Mrs. Victoria Houston
and Mrs. Fedora Dubose. In the event of the death of either before my
death said property shall go to the living sisters.
5. In the event of the death of either of the legatees named in this will
without any heirs of his body then all of my property shall be vested
immediately in the living legatee.
6. I hereby constitute and appoint W. J. Bush of Colquitt, Ga as
sole exector of my Will. I do not require of him any bond in that he shall make
annual reports to the ordinary except that he shall make an original report
after my death as to personal property, notes and accounts and moneys left by me
which sums he shall pay out as instructed in this will. He shall receive the sum
of $25.00 for his service and I expressly confer on him full power as executor
as are given executors under the law of the State of Georgia. This May 25th,
1914.

Signed, Sealed declared and published by Nancy M. Bush as her last will
and testament in the presence of us the undersigned who subscribed our name
hereto in the presence of said testament, in the presence of said testator after
she had signed her name thereto and at her ????? instance and request and in the
presence of each other.
