Appointment of a guardian for minor children of Susan C. Adams

 Miller County Georgia

 By the ordinary of said County

      Whereas application has been made in proper form for the appointment of a guardian for Frank Adams & Kate Adams minor children of Susan C. Adams late of said county deceased and Jno S. Clifton has been by order duly passed appointed such Guardian and has given the Bond required and qualified as such

       Now know we that the said Jno S. Clifton is by these presents authorized empowered and directed to receive collect and take charge of the Estate both real and personal of the said Frank Adams & Kate Adams and to do all other things which are required of him by law as guardian of said minor children with all the authority and powers usual in such cases
