Newton County Probate Court

770-784-2045Probate Court is where you will find wills and estate records (from 1822 to present), guardianship records, and birth, marriage (from 1822 to present) and death records, as well as other information. The State has vital records (birth, death, marriage) with birth and death records from 1919 and marriage records from 1952. The county may have these records before the listed years.
